Marco Massarutto della Kunos Simulazioni ci aggiorna tramite Facebook riguardo gli sviluppi in corso sull'atteso Assetto Corsa: si lavora con la Ferrari e sul lancio dei pre-ordini... Non manca uno spettacolare video che mostra una versione custom del simulatore utilizzata con l'hardware Evotek: Monza è davvero bella!

[EN] We have just came back from our journey to Maranello where, working with Evotek Engineering we have delivered a new software build for the motion simulators used at the Ferrari Museum. We have also paid a visit to the Ferrari factory, in order to define some last details related to our partnership, and for something else. Assetto Corsa also benefits of this kind of activities, as we'll explain in the next days.
Meanwhile, we are working to organize all we need to launch the pre-orders for Assetto Corsa. This campaign requires different steps in terms of e-commerce assets, communication, licensing, considering that with the pre-order, we'll also announce the definitive release date of the game and the contents and features that will be included at launch.
We wish to thank all of you for the great support and encouragement you are giving us. We are working our best to deliver the best simulation with the best contents we are able to deliver. Thank you

Abbiamo fatto anche visita alla sede principale, per definire alcuni dettagli della nostra partnership, e per qualcos'altro.
Nel frattempo, stiamo lavorando al lancio dei pre-ordini di Assetto Corsa. Si tratta di un genere di attività che coinvolge aspetti tecnici, logistici e commerciali e ha richiesto tempo, considerando che, assieme al pre-ordine, ufficializzeremo la data di lancio di Assetto Corsa e tutti i contenuti e le feature che saranno incluse al Day One.
Desideriamo ringraziare tutti voi per il grande supporto e la spinta che ci state dando. Stiamo lavorando al massimo delle nostre capacità per realizzare la migliore simulazione di cui siamo capaci, e di dotarla dei migliori contenuti che saremo in grado di offrirvi. Grazie

This video shows a practice session at Monza with a customized build of Assetto Corsa, featuring an Evotek motion simulator. Assetto Corsa also benefits of this kind of activities, in terms of optimizations, testing, new features. This video shows a triple rendering configuration of 5760x1080, with high details and v-synced, running at 60 fps. The laserscan technology allowed us to reproduce the track of Monza with its track surface, and the use of a motion system like that, allows to enjoy even more the benefits of the LS technology that is used to model the tracks included in Assetto Corsa.

Anch'io l'ho provato, due volte e la prossima settimana ci faccio in altro giretto. Però ho scelto Imola. Il simulatore è in pianta stabile (da quel che mi hanno detto) in un centro commerciale in provincia di Verona. Che dire...fantastico!!!!

La qualità delle riprese non sono il massimo visto che sono fatte con un cellulare e sopratutto l'ha fatte la fidanzata.... (aveva da pensare alla borse, scarpe ecc.... donne.....)
