Welcome to the FVRV8 2011 Aussie V8 Touring Car Series v1.97.23 patch by the FVRFactor.com mod team!!

This is a patch for the current Race 07/GTR Evo/STCC/RaceOn/STCC2 version of the all new 2011 FVRV8 rFactor mod and uses the same car models as from that mod.

Features added to the Race 07 release:

- Custom Skin support using the "CustomSkins" folder .ini system

- Animated wipers

- Wet tyres tyre physics models

- Functioning Rain/Dirtscreen

Known issues:

- Non-adjustable Final Rear Diff Ratio. The Aussie V8 Series use fixed gearbox ratios with 4 final diff ratios to choose from. Race 07 Series doesn't support this being adjustable, so we have made the gearbox adjustable with all ratios that would be available via those 4 diffs.

- If you select Heavy Rain, the AI won't get the correct tyres, this is due to Simbin not working corectly with more than 2 tyre compounds.

Here is the FVRV8 08 Aussie V8 Racing Series cars from the 2008 season.

This is a conversion of our rF mod by FVRFactor Mod team. The mod include all 29 cars from the 2008 season.

Cars included:

2008 Holden Commodore VE

2008 Ford Falcon BF

Features added to the GTR Evo release:

- Custom Skin support using the "CustomSkins" folder .ini system

- Animated wipers

- Wet tyres and independent front and rear tyre physics models

- Functioning Rain/Dirtscreen

Known issues:

- Wipers are limited in that they only semi-clear rain water drops on the right hand side of the rainscreen. This is an issue within Simbins code that all (yes, even the RHD Lister) only clear the left hand side fully. Seems to work ok at clearing the dirt build-up.

- Non-adjustable Final Rear Diff Ratio. The Aussie V8 Series use fixed gearbox ratios with 4 final diff ratios to choose from. GTR Evo doesn't support this being adjustable, so we have included 4 default setups for both the Commodore and Falcon which can be found here:

This is a conversion of the all new 2009 rFactor FVR V8 mod and uses the same car models as from this mod. It includes the Ford Falcon BF 2009, Ford Falcon FG 2009 and the Holden Commodore VE 2009.
