cockpit patch

This is a patch for scca1981's Lexus IS-F mod. It addresses several issues with the cockpit: the addition of functional fuel and water temperature gauges, realistically coloured needles, addition of a dirtscreen, aesthetic changes to the motec display to make it blend better, fixes to the rear vision mirror position and fixes to several graphical problems. All changes are explained in the readme. It does not affect the physics of the car
