Our new major competitive event comes as part of Update 14 for F1® Mobile Racing, out now on iOS and Android, so make sure you’ve downloaded the new update to get involved as soon as possible. But first, let’s give you the low-down on what F1® Mobile Racing Esports exactly is.
As we’ve mentioned, our in-game Esports action is bigger and better than ever, and that’s where the F1® Mobile Racing Esports Qualifying Leagues come into play. To even get a chance at becoming an F1® Mobile Racing Esports legend, you first need to progress through the Leagues and reach the pinnacle of F1® Mobile Racing. Once you’re there, your journey can begin – but don’t expect it to be easy, as every opponent you face on the way will have the exact same goal. So race hard, but race fair.
Once you reach F1® Mobile Racing Esports League 3, you’ll unlock F1® Mobile Racing Esports Challenges. These challenges are designed to be tough, so make sure you’ve perfected your set-up and you’re ready to focus. Each challenge poses a unique scenario for you to beat; some are single lap Qualifying, others are multi-lap Sprint races. F1® Mobile Racing Esports isn’t just about speed – its about your skills as a driver.
F1® Mobile Racing Esports Challenges all have a PI limit of 2000, but don’t worry – you won’t need to create a new setup just for these challenges. This is done automatically when you join each challenge.
You can jump right into each challenge by selecting the Start Race button on the Challenges tab. This takes you right into the action. Each challenge has unlimited retries and you can jump in and out of each challenge easily, so you can tweak your setup to suit each challenge and improve your time. Also, if you want to try a different challenge, you can skip the current challenge you have, so no need to worry if you find yourself stuck!
So, how does all of this tie into F1® Mobile Racing Esports?
To qualify for the F1® Mobile Racing Esports 2020 Finals, you have to complete five of these F1® Mobile Racing Esports Challenges! You’ll have a few months to complete five and secure your qualification for the Finals. The F1® Mobile Racing Esports Finals will be a multi-round tournament, where the best of the best go head to head.
