La Papyrus ha annunciato che, a causa della scadenza della licenza ufficiale per la Nascar, a partire da fine aprile il sito ufficiale di Nascar Racing 2003 Season chiuderà i battenti:
As you know, the VUG no longer publishes games under the NASCAR license. We're proud of our work in the genre, and delighted that so many customers have supported us over the years. Under the terms of that license, we will cease to promote the NASCAR games online. The website will go offline by 4/30. We will no longer distribute demos. This does not mean that we won't support existing customers. This forum will continue, and our hosting of support files will continue as well. Thanks again!
