    Il francese Sébastien Bourdais (team Newman Haas) ha vinto la quarta gara della stagione di F.Cart disputata a Portland. Alle sue spalle si sono piazzati il brasiliano Bruno Junqueira e il canadese Paul Tracy. In classifica generale comanda Junqueira con 105 punti, davanti a Patrick Carpentier (ieri 4°) a quota 99, lo stesso Bourdais a 98 e Paul Tracy a 79.
