The penalty system has been modified resulting in speed penalties being removed during Time Trial events. Speeding now results in the lap times being invalidated. Drift trials now have rolling starts, which should improve overall race time. Difficulty levels have been modified a bit, and higher ranks lead to higher earnings. Other improvements were made on the wireless controller’s responsiveness, as well as the balance of sound and music, for a more realistic effect.
