La Codemasters, tramite il suo portavoce e responsabile dei titoli di guida Rich Tysoe, ha confermato lo sviluppo di una prossima patch ufficiale per aggiornare il nuovo Toca Race Driver 2:
"Mirror will definitely be included in the patch. This is now working on our dev builds, so can be ticked off the list. We've got more lined up, and I'll tell you about them as the programmers and artists get them done."
