Da Racesim Central si apprende che un team di sviluppo ha avviato un progetto, basato su netKar, che porterà sui nostri monitor, non prima del 2005, il fascino e i fasti della Formula 1 degli anni '70, per la precisione del 1977.

It's a FREEWARE standalone simulation based upon the netKAR game engine, currently in development.

No, its a stand alone game based around netKARs beautiful physics and engine code.
So why should i be excited about this?
You will hopefully be able too play through 2 full seasons, in the F2 and F1 classes, race against legends like Gilles Villeneuve, Niki Lauda, James Hunt & Jody Scheckter, Drive amazing cars like the Lotus 78, Ferrari 312 T2 and of course the Tyrell P34 "6 wheeler" when playing the full F1 1977 season. Train in the F2 class during a full season in 1976 on tracks like the nurburg ring and italy. Race online, enjoy realistic physics and attetion to detail, cars will change through the season, drivers will appear in the respective races (special apprence drivers).
