North American and UK based companies iDT Simulations and Motorsport Simulators have joined forces with Creation Autosportif as a strategic partner. “It’s a partnership between three companies who are passionate about motor sport” commented iDT’s Marketing Manager Sean Yoder. “We intend to rewrite how teams, drivers and engineers prepare to race”.

Creation Autosportif, iDT Racing Simulations and Motorsport Simulators have come together to build what will be the ultimate training tool in the endurance sports car paddock. Simulators have been used for decades to train military pilots throughout the world and this technology has been trickling its way into racing over the last decade. Motorsport Simulators and iDT have partnered to provide the racing world its first truly turnkey, fully customizable motor sport development tool. Yoder added “We are utilizing the latest advances in hardware and software development coupled with the technical expertise of Creation Autosportif to push the boundaries of simulation technology”.

Because of timing and all the preparations for Le Mans our drivers and engineers have not yet sampled the simulator but I think when they do, they will see how much time can be saved and what can be learned before driving the actual car on the circuit”.
