ITP The physics are different in F1 Challenge from F1 2002 can you explain some of the differences?
T.G. We spent quite a bit of time analyzing the speeds through the various corners and deciding what areas were inaccurate and trying to improve upon those areas. The balance between low-speed and high-speed grip has been shifted and the result is more realistic lap times. The engine is a little snappier, the aero has been tweaked, and the general feel is much more convincing. Our experience with developing a NASCAR sim has resulted in a more robust physics engine, with some improved damage effects and other features.
