Qualche giorno fa era stata annunciata la data di rilascio del nuovo DLC, e puntualmente SCS Software ha rilasciato il DLC "Road to the Black Sea"
Con il nuovo DLC la già vastissima mappa di gioco si allarga ancora di più con l'aggiunta di Romania, Bulgaria e Turchia. Sono presenti più di nuove 20 grandi città e tante cittadine e villaggi rurali da esplorare per oltre 10mila km di strade da percorrere, nuove aggiunte come treni e tram, nuovi asset 3D e architettura tipica dei balcani che grazie all'update 1.36 saranno ancora più belli da guardare.
