First, some general advice:
Practice practice practice, because the more laps you drive, the better you will get to know your vehicle and its reactions on any given track. Better to complete a lot of laps than to try to achieve a fast lap by chance or brute force because it won't happen by accident. You have to work to become faster and you don't become any faster by crashing out all the time. You'll just get frustrated or angry with yourself.
