Il team Slightly Mad Studios ha rilasciato la nuova versione pre-alpha 0.78 del suo ottimo C.A.R.S.: fra le principali novità di questa build sono certamente da segnalare la nuova monoposto Nuke 3, il nuovo circuito karting con relativo kart a marce, il maltempo, il consumo di carburante e delle gomme e numerosi altri fix. Now you can as Slightly Mad Studios have rolled out the newest build of their WMD-powered C.A.R.S. project for all members with Team Membership status and above.The new build adds the smallest form of competitive motorsport to the developing title and is packed with lots of other improvements:
Nuke 3: Team Members get to test a brand new vehicle as the V8-powered Nuke 3 is available for a first test drive. With more than 500hp powering just 523 kilograms of weight, a fun driving experience is guaranteed!
Glencairn Kart Track + Shifter Kart 01: The new build lets Team Members experience the first step of every Formula One champion’s career – Karting. The new Shifter Kart 01 is waiting to be tried on the Glencairn Kart Track that comes with three challenging layouts for close wheel to wheel kart racing.
The new build also includes plenty of fixes and improvements based on the feedback of our Team Members, including:
- Improved lighting settings for most tracks
- Various UI fixes and improvements
- Added cloudy weather selection to race menu
- Enabled fuel consumption and tyre wear
- Added a few more options to visuals menu
- Added free camera (Ctrl-F then the mouse and WASD, SHIFT keys)
The new build is now available for download for all WMD members with Team Member status and above. For a one-time membership fee of 25€, Team Members get to follow the development of C.A.R.S. up close and get to enjoy weekly development builds of the title.
