Tim Wheatley degli ISI ci informa che il team americano ha rilasciato per rFactor2 l'atteso pacchetto dedicato al modding dei pneumatici, dal quale partire per poter riprodurre in modo specifico i diversi comportamenti delle gomme all'interno del simulatore.
We have just released example TGM files (tire files) for every type of tire we currently could. We've labelled the release 0.7 because we are sure there will be tweaks, but this now means there is now very little to stop an rFactor1 modder from building an rFactor2 car... As it is very likely we have a tire suitable for them: TGM files define parameters for the tires. The software interprets them to allow wear patterns and other driving characteristics. rFactor2 is a lot more complex than rFactor1 in this regard, so these examples were essential at this point.
