La BRD ha annunciato i nuovi prodotti in uscita e, fra questi, il prossimo lancio dell'attesissimo volante Speed7 dotato anche di supporto Force Feedback che, unito all'omonima pedaliera, dovrebbe rappresentare il nuovo punto di riferimento per le periferiche di guida.
After 3 or 4 years of stop start development, our new Speed7 force feedback steering development is now motoring ahead and we are confident that we have schedule to deliver a state of the art force feedback steering system that will redefine the genre, just as we did with the Speed7 pedal controls.

In this first release we will be setting out below some of the basic features of the system. We will be going into detail about the nature of the force feedback system and some of the new features it will have along with information about delivery dates, prices and pictures in forthcoming releases.
The key design features will be based around delivering a high quality, high performance, reliable and strong system that will form a platform for ongoing advances and add-ons well into the future.
The system will be launched as an entry-level model with then a range of features and accessories that can be added to this basic platform. At the entry level the system will have the following features:
„h The latest force feedback technology
„h High quality motor
„h Multi turn steering that can be set up to suit whatever type of driving simulation you use
„h Custom designed steering wheel
„h Up to 16 separate button functions on the wheel
„h Function selector switch on wheel to give multiple programmable button functions, a 5 way function selector switch will effectively give 80 separate button functions on the wheel
„h Independent gear lever paddles
„h Independent hand clutch paddles
„h New solid desk clamping arrangement
The Speed7 Steering control must operate with the Speed7 pedal controls
