Ovvero "What rim do you want?", è proprio il titolo della domanda che Thomas in persona, ormai noto boss della Fanatec, pone ai tanti appassionati di simulazione: in vista dell'arrivo del prossimo ClubSport Wheel Base infatti, è possibile indicare la propria preferenza direttamente sul blog ufficiale su quale tipo di volante si vorrebbe tenere fra le mani in seguito, oltre ai già noti Formula Rim e BMW GT2 già previsti in uscita. Thomas specifica anche che i due citati volanti saranno rilasciati anche per il già famoso CSR Elite Wheel, anche se con funzionalità limitate (niente sgancio rapido o led luminosi ad esempio).
For the CSR Elite wheel we will introduce the Formula rim for sure and depending on the success of this add-on we will release a GT rim as well. The electronics of the CSR Elite wheel are limited so we cannot have a proper quick release, rev light indicators, analog joystick, encoder switches or the same amount of buttons like on the CSW rims. The CSR E rims have to follow exactly the same specs as the original wheel.
