E' disponibile, per Total Immersion Racing, la nuova versione Beta 0.2 dell'ottima Hardcore Physics Patch realizzata da John Bodin, che rende il titolo Empire molto più simulativo; queste le novità rispetto alla precedente release:
Career progression should now be possible -- Test Drive "target" times have been tweaked, so it should now be possible to "earn" cars and advance up the career ladder. Otherwise, the physics are identical to Version 0.1.
