E' disponibile per Grand Prix 4 la nuova versione 3.71 dell'imperdibile utility GPxPatch, che in questa release porta con sè le seguenti novità :
- GPxSet: random seed for unlimited practice.
- GPxSet: added weather options in session settings.
- GPxSet: fixed resetting of performances when game state was saved manually from the menu.
- GPxLap: ATL race standings shows number of pitstops done for each car ('P' column).
