VELOCIPEDE Posted November 14, 2018 Author Share Posted November 14, 2018 Build 0.1.0.1435 is now live Note: Leaderboards have been reset for this patch Fixes/Tweaks: Decreased ignition cut time when the RPM limiter is engaged on the X30 engine Fixed default startup window to the primary display when multiple monitors are present Fixed crash when playing the winning cinematic in leaderboard mode Fixed resolution and graphics settings not saving or persisting between game sessions Replaced steering column PID controller with fixed angle constraint to eliminate input lag and improve FFB signal Fixed rigid chain spinning around axle (finally). Now correctly aligns with engine. (Please buy a new kart or reset your account for this change to take effect) Fixed incorrect Oryx rims on all karts. In the last couple of days, we focussed on improving the Force Feedback mechanisms for the users of wheels. That wasn't the only thing we worked on though. Here you can find the full list of changes, introduced in the build 0.1.0.1468: Fixes/Tweaks: Reduced FFB latency, Changed FFB filter algorithm, Improved crowd rendering performance, Fixed: Vertical navigation acceleration no longer persists after button release, Fixed: Respawning no longer cycles the onboard camera, Tuned Geelong Kart Club to appear dry, Motion blur in photo mode now smoothly blends in after coming to a stop, Optimisation improvements. Build 0.1.0.1480 introduces a new mode, which we hope will help you beat your records. The full list of changes is right below, so without further ado, we invite you to check it: Fixes/Tweaks: Reduced HUD processing time by 75%, Improved driver animations, Fixed bug causing the national leaderboard to appear empty intermittently, Exhaust smoke particles are now only visible when the FX quality is set to ultra, Removed foliage from all circuits that isn't visible when on the circuit, Fixed collision on IPK brake rotors causing the kart to shake uncontrollably. New feature: Added minimal time trial mode which disables the ghost and only uploads your new time at the end of the session, if better than your previous time.
