Come già accaduto in passato per alcuni mods di Formula 1, fatti sparire dalla rete in tutta fretta, anche il nuovo Automobilista dei Reiza è inciampato nelle licenze "non" ufficiali e violazione dei diritti di copyright. Il gioco è stato infatti rimosso da Steam a causa di una segnalazione di violazione di licenza e diritti. Lo stesso team brasiliano spiega il tutto nel messaggio qui sotto. Per tornare online Automobilista dovrebbe essere sufficiente rimuovere quei contenuti inseriti in game senza licenza. Avete già un'idea di cosa potrebbe trattarsi?

The Steam store page for Automobilista has been taken down due to a copyright infringement claim which had been submitted to Valve. As is known, Automobilista packages a variety of officially licensed cars & brands alongside fictionalized, originally created content. The claim in question does not make any specific reference to content present in Automobilista supposedly in infringement of the party´s copyright - until it does, our belief is that it has no merit.
We have already taken the appropriate measures to resolve the issue ASAP, but in accordance to Valve´s policy, the process may take a few days to be completed. In the meantime time we will continue to progress with the development of Automobilista, and intend to release another Early Access update shortly. The game is available for purchase as part of our Membership packages from our forum store. Please understand that until the matter is fully resolved, we may not be able to discuss it.

Nel post precedente abbiamo introdotto il nuovo scenario di gioco “Black Cat County”, ideato e realizzato per il puro piacere di guida, ideale per riscoprire alcune delle auto più iconiche e impegnative di Assetto Corsa che risulteranno ancora più godibili che nell’uso in pista. Prima di addentrarci nelle novità relative a funzionalità e miglioramenti del codice presenti nella nuova build, desideriamo offrirvi una panoramica più vasta sulle novità relative ai contenuti.

This version has many improvements for VR, multiplayer, audio and more. In VR, a new "look and click" system removes the need for a mouse. A virtual keyboard means you don't need to use the real keyboard, which was always hard with a headset on. A new Demo filter helps you find the online races you are looking for. Other multiplayer improvements include a better steering input for remote cars. A new siren sound system turned out to be popular in testing.

Audio :
More accurate horn (and flash) with shorter transmission delay
Reduced the minimum volume to play a sound (can hear further away)
Added doppler effect to all car sounds that didn't have it already
Removed doppler effect resulting from SHIFT+U mode camera velocity
Updated commands.txt with commands /cansiren /siren /ujoin /uai

Training lessons :
Previous and best times are shown during the lesson replay
SHIFT+R now restarts the lesson without returning to instructions
SHIFT+X exits from replay or lesson back to the instructions screen
Press 1 to watch or restart replay without finishing the lesson
ESC once starts the replay / another time to exit lesson

Lesson editor :
Reverse and open configurations may now be selected
Lesson image filename no longer needs to start with zzz_
Image does not need to be square (but is still shown in a square)
On entry to lesson editor the current track and config are selected
You can now select the lighting (weather) for a lesson

InSim :
New ISS state flags to notify if local PC is in dialog / text entry

In attesa della bella stagione e delle condizioni climatiche necessarie alla ricognizione sul circuito dello Spielberg A1 Ring – che sarà riprodotto in Laserscan e disponibile più avanti nel corso dell’anno – il team di sviluppo ha approfittato dell’inverno per produrre un update grafico esteso dei circuiti già disponibili. Alcune delle piste di Assetto Corsa sono state riprodotte all’inizio del progetto, nel 2012, evidenziando un gap visibile in termini di grafica e dettagli, se confrontati con le ultime novità, come il Nordschleife, Barcellona o Brands Hatch. Con il costante obbiettivo di presentarvi il meglio di quanto Assetto Corsa possa offrire, siamo lieti di annunciare che tutti i circuiti di Assetto Corsa sono stati aggiornati, e ora garantiscono maggiore immersione e impatto visivo, elevando la qualità complessiva di Assetto Corsa ad un nuovo standard...

• Aston Martin - DBR1-2, Vantage GTE, Vantage GT12: Tweaked cockpit exposure to better balance the world brightness when driving in cockpit view.
• Ford Falcon FG - Made the in-cockpit steering wheel static when disabled so that the digital display is still visible.
• Ford Fusion Stockcar - Fixed a damage issue, tweaks to setups so car is less likely to go on two wheels.

Pitstops
• Fixed an issue where, if the player pits on the final lap and only closes the pit board after crossing the place in the pitlane where the finish line is (but before the post-race screen comes up), the race would fail to end
