<p>

</p>

<p>
	La settimana scorsa vi abbiamo mostrato la realtà attuale dei simulatori dedicati al <b><a href="https://www.drivingitalia.net/index.php?/forums/forum/339-simulatori-karting/" rel="">mondo del karting</a></b>, in particolare quei software in grado di replicare il comportamento di un <b><a href="https://www.drivingitalia.net/index.php?/home-page/software/karting-quanto-sono-realistici-i-simulatori-attuali-parte-1-r25381/" rel="">go-kart automatico</a></b><span> con trasmissione a presa diretta monomarcia</span>. <b>Kart Racing Pro, Kartsim, Kartkraft</b>... Tutti prodotti di alto livello, in grado di far divertire ma, soprattutto, capaci di diventare un <b>ottimo strumento nelle mani dei piloti veri</b>, quelli che nel weekend scendono in pista per sfidare i loro avversari sui kartodromi di tutto il mondo.
</p>

<p>
	Anche se esiste la<b> “classe regina” per i kart monomarcia,</b> quella OK che, annualmente, propone il Campionato Europeo e il Mondiale in prova unica targato CIK-FIA, la vera <b>top class nel karting</b> è la <b>KZ</b>: si tratta di una categoria in cui questi piccoli missili a quattro ruote sono dotati di <b>cambio a sei rapporti</b>, una differenza che comporta una guida sostanzialmente molto impegnativa (ed aggressiva) e un impegno fisico più importante rispetto a quanto richiesto dal mondo a presa diretta.
</p>

<p>
	<span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>KZ A MARCE: COSA CAMBIA DAI MONOMARCIA?</strong></span>
</p>

<p>
	Nella realtà, abbiamo visto che i <b>kart automatici</b> sono <b>più intuitivi</b> da guidare, anche se questo non vuol dire che siano facili o alla portata di tutti. Le potenze in gioco partono <b>dai 30 cavalli</b> di un <b>Rotax Max Evo</b> fino ai <b>40 di un OK</b>, che si sprigionano non in maniera regolare come siamo abituati sulla nostra macchina che ci porta al lavoro... bensì in maniera più o meno immediata quando il<b> regime di rotazione</b> del motore raggiunge una certa soglia in cui il kart effettua la cosiddetta <b>“entrata in coppia”.</b>
</p>

<p>
	Una sorta di <b>“calcio”</b> che ci spinge velocemente in avanti, come se il kart prendesse vita da un momento all'altro: sotto quel regime sembra morto, sopra indiavolato! Ecco, questi sono i monomarcia... immaginatevi quelli a marce! I <b>KZ</b> utilizzano <b>motori 125cc </b>capaci di arrivare fino a <b>50 cavalli di potenza </b>per solo <b>100 kg di peso</b>: seguendo le direttive CIK-FIA, ovviamente, il peso regolamentare necessariamente sale, ma per un mezzo d'allenamento il <b>rapporto peso/potenza</b> arriva facilmente sul valore di <b>2 a 1!</b>
</p>

<p>
	Le sensazioni dal monomarcia allo “shifter”, quindi, sono amplificate all'ennesima potenza, così come la difficoltà nel portarli al limite in pista. Ma questo come influenza la loro guida? Avendo a disposizione il <b>cambio a sei marce </b>con la leva posizionata a fianco del volante, i<b> KZ</b> richiedono uno<b> stile di guida molto particolare</b>: il pilota deve mantenere <b>linee molto più aggressive e affilate,</b> che puntano direttamente al punto di corda una volta arrivati in staccata.
</p>

<p>
	Anche qui la <b>fluidità </b>è essenziale per ottenere dei tempi sul giro interessanti: il fatto, tuttavia, di sprigionare quasi tutta la potenza in un solo momento, attorno ai 10mila giri, rende tutto il lavoro molto più complicato per i kartisti, che però possono contare su <b>freni presenti anche all'anteriore.</b> Rispetto ai monomarcia, tuttavia, <b>i KZ sono meno intuitivi</b> e richiedono una certa pratica prima di essere veramente apprezzati per quello che sono. Il fatto di avere<b> così tanta potenza</b> da scaricare a terra può far gola a molti appassionati, ma per iniziare a solcare un kartodromo vero la scelta di un automatico (TaG, KF e simili) è sicuramente quella più consigliata.
</p>

<p>
	<strong><span style="font-size:16px;">KART RACING PRO: DA SIMULATORE A GIOCO?</span></strong>
</p>

<p>
	Nella scorsa puntata, quando siamo passati ad analizzare i pro e i contro dei simulatori attuali nel <b>mondo karting</b>, abbiamo speso parole di elogio nei confronti di <b>Kart Racing Pro</b>, per il fatto che la riproduzione dei monomarcia combacia (quasi) perfettamente a ciò che si sente nella guida reale. In questo senso il prodotto di Piboso rappresenta un <b>ottimo strumento per tenersi allenati </b>quando non siamo in pista... ma questo vale anche per i kart a marce?
</p>

<p>
	Passando al <b>KZ</b> presente nel garage virtuale di KRP, ciò che abbiamo visto con i KF, gli X30 o gli OK cambia drasticamente. La guida con il cambio è tutta un'altra musica, i tempi scendono e <b>tutto diventa molto più divertente</b>... Peccato che questo mezzo risulta essere <b>parecchio differente rispetto alla controparte reale</b>: almeno la versione di base presente con l'acquisto del simulatore, che ripete degli input allo sterzo fin troppo abbondanti e la tendenza a poter <b>parzializzare troppo il gas </b>quando è il momento di uscire da una curva.
</p>

<p>
	Sui monomarcia questo si può fare, mentre su quelli a marce... Bè, dipende dal modello (reale) a cui siamo abituati, ma in linea generale se facciamo scendere il <b>motore sotto il range ottimale di potenza</b> in cui è disponibile la cavalleria, prepariamoci a un <b>saltellamento</b> talmente fastidioso che comprometterà la nostra esperienza in pista. Con un KZ c'è poco da fare: bisogna entrare in curva il più forte possibile, puntare il gas per poi spalancarlo senza incertezze. Altrimenti invece che un kart avremo in mano un <b>canguro imbizzarito</b> che non ne vuole sapere di fare quello che vogliamo noi.
</p>

<p>
	Questo comportamento, purtroppo, è il<b> vero tallone d'Achille</b> non solo di Kart Racing Pro, ma anche di tutti i simulatori attualmente disponibili nel mondo karting, che al momento non sono ancora riusciti a replicare. Per un pilota amatoriale o per un professionista che cerca un modo per allenarsi anche lontano dalla pista, il <b>KZ</b> del buon Piboso rimane, purtroppo, solamente <b>un bel passatempo.</b>
</p>

	</div>
</div>

<p>
	<span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>KARTKRAFT: MENO MALE CHE E' ANCORA IN EARLY ACCESS...</strong></span>
</p>

<p>
	Tralasciando l'ottimo <b>Kartsim</b> disponibile per<b> rFactor 2</b>, che nella versione attuale replica solamente l'X30 e un kart da noleggio, l'unica altra alternativa che abbiamo per provare virtualmente un <b>KZ a marce</b> porta il nome di... <b>Kartkraft.</b> Il simulatore del <b>Black Delta Team</b> è ancora in fase beta, ma questo non toglie che la sua offerta attuale non sia valida! Almeno per il <b>monomarcia</b> che è presente fin dal suo lancio nel 2018...
</p>

<p>
	Questo discorso, infatti, prende una<b> piega decisamente diversa</b> per lo <b>Iame Screamer KZ2</b> che è stato inserito come update durante l'estate scorsa. Avete presente i<b> tori meccanici </b>sui quali l'obiettivo è rimanere in sella il più a lungo possibile? Ecco, la sensazione di quanto offre in questo momento <b>KartKraft</b> si avvicina molto a questo gioco che si trova solitamente alle giostre: rispetto al comportamento reale, lo “shifter” del simulatore australiano sembra <b>fin troppo imbizzarito</b> una volta presa la via della pista, oltre che <b>difficile da portare al limite.</b>
</p>

<p>
	Il famoso<b> “saltellamento” in curva</b>, ovviamente, non è stato riprodotto, mentre la <b>fisica generale</b> di questo mezzo è ancora<b> fin troppo simile a quella dell'X30</b>. Sui KZ reali, infatti, di solito la <b>ripartizione di frenata</b> è quasi tutta settata all'anteriore, mentre per fare tempi interessanti sul simulatore vale quasi più la pena tenerla <b>al posteriore</b>, replicando il comportamento dei kart automatici quando si va a frenare in staccata. Per non soffermarsi sul fatto che, in alcuni casi, è conveniente affrontare le<b> curve con marce alte</b>, in modo da evitare sbacchettamenti e perdite di aderenza... cosa che nella realtà, invece, non è consigliabile fare a meno di buttare al vento il potenziale del nostro kart e il nostro tempo sul giro. Una cosa è certa: il <b>Black Delta Team </b>ha ancora molto lavoro da fare...

<p>
	<span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>CONCLUSIONI</strong></span>
</p>

<p>
	Siamo giunti al termine (per il momento) del nostro viaggio di analisi nel <b>mondo del karting virtuale</b>: cos'è che funziona veramente al netto dei vari simulatori presenti sulla piazza? Dipende dalle nostre aspettative e dal motivo per cui utilizziamo un software piuttosto che un altro: se vogliamo trascorrere <b>qualche ora di spensieratezza</b> ai comandi di un go-kart, allora forse <b>Kartkraft</b> rappresenta la scelta migliore.
</p>

<p>
	Si tratta di un <b>prodotto fresco, vivace e altamente personalizzabile </b>per piloti di qualsiasi esperienza: andare a caccia del tempo nella leaderboard mondiale può diventare facilmente una dipendenza, e se portiamo un po' di pazienza prossimamente dovrebbe arrivare il <b>multiplayer </b>e un aggiornamento che migliori l'<b>intelligenza artificiale</b> da utilizzare nelle gare contro il computer.
</p>

<p>
	Se, al contrario, siamo dei <b>piloti virtuali</b> che prendono seriamente il proprio hobby, probabilmente lo stato attuale del simulatore australiano, dopo una prima fase di entusiasmo, ci lascerà con l'amaro in bocca. A dire la verità, la <b>community kartistica nel simracing</b> non è così numerosa, per cui le altre due alternative non ci permetteranno granchè di metterci a confronto con altri simdriver sparsi in tutto il mondo.<b> Kartsim</b> è praticamente stato abbandonato al suo destino di <b>simulatore da utilizzare offline</b>, mentre <b>Kart Racing Pro</b> è più un prodotto destinato a <b>piloti veri</b> che vogliono tenersi in allenamento fuori dalle piste.
</p>

<p>
	Il software di Piboso, tuttavia, dà la possibilità di effettuare delle <b>gare online</b>, per cui l'unico modo è seguire il<b> <a href="http://forum.kartracing-pro.com/" rel="external">forum ufficiale</a></b> e sperare di trovare qualche appassionato con cui fare a ruotate. Altrimenti? Il cerchio si chiude inevitabilmente, di nuovo, con <b>Kartkraft:</b> la nostra speranza è una final release ben curata, fedele al mondo reale e con una solida community alle spalle.
</p>

<p>
	Per quanto riguarda il discorso <b>kart monomarcia contro “shifter kart”</b>, al momento la vittoria pende verso quelli a presa diretta: sono realistici, divertenti e, quando si inizia ad andare forte sul serio, molto complicati da gestire, per cui <b>ogni singola distrazione o errore può risultare determinante ad alti livelli.</b> Proprio come nella realtà. I <b>KZ a marce</b>, invece, devono ancora essere curati a dovere per raggiungere lo stadio evolutivo dei loro colleghi a presa diretta... a meno che non li utilizziamo <b>per divertirci </b>e farci qualche<b> sana risata di traverso!</b>
</p>

<p>
	Ultimo aspetto: se siamo dei<b> piloti veri</b>, software come <b>KRP o Kartsim</b> rappresentano la scelta ideale per fare qualche bell'<b>allenamento</b> (per lo più mentale) al fine di ottenere quella <b>“marcia in più” nella preparazione </b>della nostra stagione agonistica. A patto che il nostro kart sia automatico: se siamo dei <b>piloti di KZ a marce</b>, invece, dovremo pazientare ancora un po' prima di trovare un prodotto davvero in grado di replicare questi missili su quattro ruote. Paradossalmente, se vogliamo allenare seriamente le nostre qualità, è<b> meglio puntare alle monoposto</b>: almeno in questo campo la simulazione è garantita!

For example a shot taken in street lighting may require around 4000 times the exposure compared with a day shot. A more extreme example is the difference between moonlight and sunlight. Codemasters® today announced it has extended its contract with Formula One Management for exclusive video game rights for the FIA Formula One World Championship (F1®) franchise from 2021 until 2025, with a further option for the 2026 and 2027 seasons. The Agreement represents the longest extension in the partnership’s history, demonstrating the global success of the game and the shared vision for increasing the international appeal of F1.
		</p>

		<p>
			Codemasters has held exclusive rights to develop the official F1 annual franchise since 2008. Since its first release in 2009, the Codemasters’ F1 games have won multiple awards and this year’s instalment, F1 2019, has achieved a Metacritic average of 87% and a 95% rating on OpenCritic. F1 2019 has been shortlisted across several categories in both the 2019 TIGA Awards and The Golden Joysticks. F1 Mobile Racing, which debuted in 2018, has over 12 million installs and went to number one in the Racing category in 150 countries.
		</p>

		<p>
			“We are delighted to be extending our long-term partnership with the pinnacle of motorsport,” said Frank Sagnier, Chief Executive Officer at Codemasters. “Both the sport and game franchise are going from strength to strength and the arrival of new platforms, business models and territories, combined with the rapid growth of the F1 Esports Series, give us a springboard to even greater success. I’d like to thank the team for the incredible hard work they have put into this franchise over the last ten years, and I look forward to seeing how they continue to innovate to surprise and delight our current players and bring new fans to the exciting world of Formula 1.”
		</p>

		<p>
			“Since 2008, Codemasters has been an invaluable partner to the franchise, consistently creating games of the highest quality and enabling fans to get even closer to the world of F1,” said Frank Arthofer, Director of Digital and Licensing at Formula 1. “Together we share a common vision for increasing the global appeal of F1 and the official video game of the FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP continues to be a key part of that strategy.”
		</p>

		<p>
			F1’s popularity has experienced remarkable growth since Liberty Media’s acquisition in 2017. Social media followers have grown 193% during this period to 23.8 million making it the fastest growing major sport across social media channels. The introduction of the New Balance F1 Esports Pro Series, which is now in Season Three, has enabled F1 to reach both new fans of the sport as well as engaging a younger demographic. Season Two delivered 5.5 million viewers across online and TV with a further 100 million social media impressions and the 2019 Qualifying phase had 109,000 participants. In July 2019, a new F1 esports tournament was announced for China.

				Spa-Francorchamps is located 40km Southeast of Liège, Eastern Belgium's industrial city. This is a high speed technical circuit that has hosted everything from F1 to endurance races over the years, and the 7+km long track utilizes the mountainous environment of its location for its many ups and downs. For this reason the track is the very definition of dynamic, including many famous turns such as the high speed uphill corner 'Eau Rouge', the ultra high speed left hand 'Blanchimont', and the 'Bus Stop' chicane has been the scene of many famous battles. The track is praised by many racing drivers for being one of the most challenging in the world.

</p>

<p>
	Dopo il lancio dell’attesissimo aggiornamento gratuito della stagione F2 ™ 2019, Codemasters ha pubblicato oggi il secondo di una serie di tre video per F1® 2019, il videogioco ufficiale, della FIA Formula 2 Championship ™. Per la prima volta nel videogioco ufficiale F1®, i giocatori non solo possono scegliere tra F2 ™ e F1®, ma possono decidere tra tutte le stagioni F2 ™ 2018 e 2019.
</p>

<div class="ipsEmbeddedVideo" contenteditable="false">
	<div>
		<iframe allow="accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="270" width="480" data-embed-src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/41Ddc4zkXg8?feature=oembed"></iframe>
	</div>
</div>

<p>
	Il secondo video della serie è dedicato ad Anthoine Hubert, dopo la sua tragica scomparsa sul circuito Spa-Francorchamps quest’anno. Anthoine ha vinto il campionato GP3 Series nel 2018, prima di passare alla F2™ con la BWT Arden, vincendo a Monte-Carlo e Le Castellet nella sua stagione da principiante.
</p>

<p>
	Con i contributi di Alex Albon, George Russell e Lando Norris, che sono passati dalla F2 ™ alla F1® di recente, insieme agli esperti di F2 ™ Bruno Michel, Davide Valsecchi e Alex Jacques, questo video entusiasmerà i giocatori e li incoraggerà a scendere in pista per la stagione  F2 ™ 2019. Il campionato F2 ™ 2018 è stato dominato dalla rivalità in pista tra il vincitore del titolo George Russell e il secondo classificato Lando Norris.
</p>

<p>
	Sull’argomento, George Russell, che ora guida per ROKiT Williams Racing, ha dichiarato: "La stagione 2018 è stata davvero incredibile, più di quanto avrei mai potuto chiedere." Descrivendo un momento con il suo rivale, Lando Norris, ora nel team McLaren F1, ha continuato, dicendo: "Monza, da un punto di vista neutrale, è stato sicuramente un circuito combattuto tra me e Lando, è stata una bella battaglia".
