Il modding team MAK-Corp ha finalmente rilasciato anche per RACE 07 il suo Champ Car 05-08. Il progetto, convertito dalla versione originale creata dagli iDT per rFactor, ci permette di simulare anche con il titolo targato Simbin ben 4 stagioni dell'appassionante campionato Champ Car americano, dall'annata 2005 fino a quella di fantasia del 2008 (nella quale la Champ Car era già fusa nella Indycar).
