    Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli v1.2 for rFactor 2 - Converted from the rFactor 1 track and updated to rFactor 2 standards by senormen. All textures, materials, shaders, every poly has been reworked to bring the track model up to rFactor 2 standards and has been a WIP since at least build 930. Have tried to make the track look as near to recent videos and pictures available with a few additions. Changes from original model to bring it more up to date include but not restricted to: the pitlane wall being extended, -runoff areas added. -full night lighting added around the track and to outside the track too. -track mesh resolutiom increased for real road and groove mapped to fast path. -grass and terrain reworked with latest shader, grandstands and spectators added. -track officials and cornerworkers added. -team members added, pitlights and signs added, animated flags added. -trees added set to billboard. -flowers added around the track. Credit to ISI / S397 for various assets and for rFactor 2.

    Forum. Hi all, I completed a new version of the Misano World Circuit track. It has the 2 layouts available in real life: Tracciato Lungo (4226 mts, MotoGP layout) and Tracciato Corto (4048 mts, most car races, testing etc.) The layout has been tuned to perfectly match size and direction of real life track. The "rubbered" darker zone of track is the real one of Misano: a desatureted and blurred aerial photo placed on the track - no stretching allowed Disclaimer: use of this track is allowed for personal use and for community racing provided that no one will ask money in any form (sale of driving licenses, championship fees etc are not allowed. Non-mandatory donations to organizing server are allowed). This track is given away for free and must remain free. Have fun!

    Da non perdere, per tutti gli appassionati di rFactor 2, ben tre nuovi circuiti aggiornati alla grafica DirectX 11, rilasciati nelle ultime 24 ore: si tratta del tracciato inglese di Donington Park, dello spettacolare autodromo italiano del Misano World Circuit e della mitica Le Mans 1991 - 1996 realizzata dal team Virtua_LM !

It is NOT allowed to use this track in championships were drivers or teams are required to pay. Non-mandatory donations to the league are allowed instead. This version of Misano World Circuit is scratch made, and beneath my commitment to be accurate, it isn't as precise as a laser-scanned track. Please don't go to the real Misano circuit guessing to know it. The real track has to be learnt in real life. If you want to modify this track or convert it, please drop me a line, see below. It is only 3 seconds, and along the track there is plenty of chance to pay the penalty during the long brakings. I set it like that (short penalty time) thinking to the race: being penalized with more time for a little infraction would be too harsh, and in the end useless ruining the race. But I did think... Misano MWC 1.1 - removed hole after T8 (thx Classicpark) - added physical road mesh to main track, separated from visual one, critics welcome! - raised grip to 100% to match real life F4 lap times (tested with Tatuus FA01) - tuned shaders to reduce brightness misano MWC 1.0 - removed cones as walls, now they are collidable objects - added collision to most of the braking marks - road grip reset to 99% Different time penalties for different kind of cut: - driving on DIRT surface (like going wide out a turn): 4 seconds. - driving on CUT surface (cut on purpose or too big advantage cutting): 9 seconds. For league use you can edit the surfaces.ini file and set the penalties as you like. Still missing: - 3d grass (sorry, I don't like it). Should anyone want to make 3d grass, I can pass the fbx file and it can be added as a new .kn5 file into the track folder - new layout cut (introduced late 2015 in real life). This can be in version 2. - only the MotoGP layout is available for now. All the layouts used in real life will be added in v.2

    Assolutamente da non perdere, per tutti gli appassionati di Assetto Corsa, i due circuiti extra disponibili questa mattina, realizzati con una qualità ed attenzione al dettaglio davvero fuori dal comune: innanzitutto la nuova versione 1.1 dello spettacolare Missano World Circuit creato da Roberto Olivetti, quindi l'affascinante tracciato americano di Virginia International Raceway, realizzato dal trio DB, Rigel & Arthur666. Come vedete dagli screens di anteprima, due download obbligati!

  12. Direttamente sul nostro forum, foyol ci segnala di aver aggiornato il Misano World Circuit portandolo alla release 1.1. Questa nuova versione include due layout (come nella realtà) e una più attenta riproduzione della traiettoria di gara. Con la speranza che questo ottimo lavoro possa essere poi convertito anche su Assetto Corsa, vi rimandiamo alla nostra Area Download per scaricarlo.
