RealGear RALLYpro Vertical Hydraulic Hand Brake by Ricmotech
VELOCIPEDE posted a topic in Simracing hardware - Periferiche di guida
Our newest model handbrake has the proven mechanical design of our GTpro Pedals worked into the RALLYpro Vertical Handbrake. This version is the add-on to the GTpro pedals and will plug into the handbrake port on the pedal ECU. The acclaimed realism of our hydraulic foot brake is available in our latest handbrake design for your rally and drift sim-racing simulator. This ultimate hydraulic hand brake is constructed entirely of metal and uses the same industrial hydraulic pressure sensor and adjustable slave cylinder found on our GTpro pedals to provide you with many years of accurate braking. Because the RALLYpro hand brake is based on a real hydraulic master cylinder paired with our specially modified slave cylinder, it re-creates the proper feel of a hydraulic braking system. Exclusive modifications to the slave cylinder simulate the feeling of the entire braking system all contained in a small package. The hand brake is designed to give the feeling of a small amount of brake fade followed by true braking forces. The RealGear RALLYpro handbrake utilizes an all metal fluid reservoir to eliminate the risk of cracks and leaks of hydraulic fluid. The handbrake is designed to require real forces to activate, so it can be set up to use up to 80lbs of force on the handle at its maximum calibration. Of coarse, you may choose to set it to less. If you prefer greater forces, we can custom build a handbrake with a higher range. The brake handle is fixed in a vertical orientation as you would find in purpose built race and drift cars and can also be adjusted to various starting angles like a real handbrake. In fact, the RALLYpro handbrake only allows adjustment to the extent that a real handbrake can be adjusted insuring you always have a proper feeling handbrake regardless of the adjustments made to it. The RALLYpro hand brake works in conjunction with the GTpro pedals ECU (stand-alone version also available). Various adjustments can be made such as dead-zones and response curves. These adjustments permit the user to dial in the feel that suits them much like a real race car driver makes these adjustments by changing brake pad compounds and rotor material.
