Online: o Vote to Skip in Qualifying now requires 100% vote. o Various Penalty system improvements have been made. o Quick Race countdown timer is now set to 60 Seconds and no longer resets when a player joins the session. o Fixed issue where host and client machines would report different qualification results during online games o Fixed an issue where online players would sometimes see other players or AI cars using the wrong tyres. Other: o Fixed a very infrequent issue where some sessions would be skipped over when progressing to the next session during a Long Race Weekend. o Korea tyre compounds have been changed to those used in the 2011 race. o Fixed an issue where in career where the "on the bounce" achievement was awarded after 11 race wins instead of 9. o Fixed an issue where all users would be awarded the fastest lap XP and stat during some online races. o Fixed an issue where driver's hands & head popped in a few frames late when switching cameras. o Fixed issue where players were able to post extremely quick Time Trial times o Introduced option to have 30%, 40% & 75% races.

Vi avevamo raccontato nei giorni scorsi con questo articolo del problema di Gran Turismo Sport in merito alla possibilità di impostare la pioggia su tutte le piste del gioco, anche su quelle dove non era previsto esserci tale condizione meteo. Questa mattina è arrivato l'aggiornamento da parte di Polyphony Digital che mira a correggere questo intoppo. In effetti, le note ufficiali della patch, che pesa solo 158,6 MB, contengono solo un oggetto e non è qualcosa che porterà a troppe celebrazioni. Allo stesso tempo, gli sviluppatori hanno affrontato un exploit delle gare sulla pista di Spa-Francorchamps, sulla quale sono state aggiunte delle piccole barriere aggiuntive - che compaiono solo nella modalità Sport - per impedire di tagliare alla chicane, insieme ad un ripristino della classifica. La Codemasters ha appena rilasciato tramite Steam una patch ufficiale in versione beta per correggere il bug della squalifica nelle gare in multiplayer e l'impossibilità di utilizzare online la McLaren MP4/4. Trattandosi di una release beta, per provare l'aggiornamento dovete seguire la procedura riportata qui di seguito: We believe we have a fix for the DSQ issue in multiplayer, but we'd like you to confirm and test this for us before we set it live across all platforms. To test this, we've created a test build on Steam for you to download. Here are the instruction for access: 1) Open Steam and right click on F1 2017 in the Library. Select Properties. 2) Open the Betas tab. Enter the beta access code, which is mult1playertest, and click Check Code. 3) Select the beta from the drop down menu. 4) The update will now download. All you need to do is change the Beta back to 'None' to go back to the live version of the game. Everyone in your game will need this in order to test, so please make sure you're all on this version (1.4) before playing . This patch also has a fix for the MP4/4 being available to play online. Upon confirmation that this is fixed on PC, we'll get a console patch out as soon as possible.

    How do I do this? - Look in this folder: \Users\<current user>\Documents\Project CARS\ Depending on the HMD you're using... Oculus Rift, edit: oculussettings.xml HTC Vive, edit: openvrsettings.xml Look for a line called HTML Code: "<prop name="ResScale" data="1" />" Change the number after 'data=' to whatever you want to set your super sampling to. Higher numbers will increase the resolution, while lowering the number will decrease the resolution. We recommend starting with a value around 1.5 and experimenting with it from there.     Nuova patch per F1 2015

    Here's a run-down of what the patch contains... Game Added a session list screen which is available via the Multiplayer menu. This screen will allow players to search for all public sessions and join the one they want to. Custom and Hopper sessions will be visible on this list. Multiplayer fixes and improvements: Added additional information to lobbies so players can see how much progress has been made in the current session. Parc ferme rules are no longer incorrectly applied so players will not get their fuel locked to 100kg in qualifying or not be able to change their tyres at the start of a race if they qualified outside the top ten. Fixed an issue that would cause a players car to always be ghosted during timed qualifying sessions. Fixed framerate and lag spikes causing incorrect collisions. Fixed a bug that meant connections with limited upload bandwidth would appear laggy while on track and eventually disconnect. Disallowing Brake Assist will no longer also block ABS. Cars will no longer ghost when driving too slowly on track. Fixed a bug which made the screen pulse black when spectating specific cars in specific circumstances. Minor hopper improvements and changes Removed the AI from all hoppers. Removed the assist restrictions from the Hardcore hopper. Made the countdown timer longer and prevented it from starting for a short time if there are not many players in the session to try to allow more people to join. Changed the grid order to random from realistic. So now the players Mercedes cars will not always start on the front row. Updated the Feature Race to Brazil. [*]Removed the incorrect second DRS detection zone from the Mexico mini map. This was not present in the actual track data. [*]Corrected the number of laps for the Mexican Grand Prix. [*]The player is now correctly disqualified for not using both compounds in a dry weather race. [*]Improvements to AI behaviour in Qualifying: AI will no longer all leave the garage at the same time. AI will no longer use Prime tyres in Q2. AI will always do two runs in Short Qualifying and Q3. [*]Fixed the flashing rear tyre issue present on some PC setups. [*]Made the D-Pad menu more responsive to use. [*]Fixed an issue that would sometimes cause OSD messages to remain on screen or to never display. Sports Updates – Part 1 Adjusted the relative performance of the teams and drivers based on the season’s results so far. Updated the tyres for Russia to Super Soft and Soft. High End PC Enhancements New CPU-driven particle effects to improve visual quality on systems with high-end CPUs. Select “high” or “ultra” particle effects from the options menu. Increased audio voice counts for systems with high-end CPUs. Select the “high” audio quality setting from the option menu. Improved CPU performance for users with 6 and 8+ cores. Fra le principali novità della release 0.10 troviamo un nuovo server, sistemi anti trucchi, varie opzioni per l'online racing ed altro ancora. If you are using a vastly out of date build, consider manually updating. Manual updates can be done by downloading the Lite installer, and installing it over your currently installation location(s). If not installing fresh, and noticing any backwards movement in performance or visuals, consider having rFactor2 recreate shaders by deleting all files in \Documents\rFactor2\UserData\Log\CBash. Tracks will load slower first time after doing it, as files are recreated. The ISI Official Servers should be ready for you to use with B382, or close to being so. The 382 demo has been re-released. http://rfactor.net/web/rf2/rf2dl/ Fixes an issue with the launcher where some could not launch the demo.     Prima patch per WRC 4

    La Milestone ha rilasciato una nuova patch ufficiale per aggiornare il suo WRC 4: l'upgrade porta il gioco alla versione 1.01, implementando numerosi bugfix e migliorie su tutte le piattaforme, risolvendo ad esempio su PC anche il problema specifico del framerate. Now all players have the same time and penalties. Record points for all categories have been fixed There was a problem with the “controlled diagram” that pops-up on the Loading Pages, now has been fixed Rewind control: have been changed to RWD icon brake pedal, FF throttle pedal Car damage repair timing during career was not even. Now is fixed and works with penalties if all 60 minutes gets used. Settings for shorter or longer gear ratio works fine now . PC only : as requested by the community, it’s now possible to choose the framerate between 30fps, 60fps and no limit. PlayStation Vita list of fixes Online ranking classification has been fixed.   17. Proprio poco prima di Natale, gli ISI pubblicano un nuovo aggiornamento per rFactor 2. La build 382 introduce diverse migliorie, sia ai problemi legati all'interfaccia che sul fronte del multiplayer con un nuovo sistema di predizione delle collisioni. L'aggiornamento porta con sè anche una nuova demo con la versione aggiornata della Corvette C6.R. Di seguito il changelog di questa build. ISI ha inoltre annunciato con uno screen che l'attesa Honda BTCC dovrebbe essere rilasciata nel periodo natalizio. È ora inoltre possibile rinnovare i propri account del simulatore, nel caso si fosse inizialmente scelto di acquistare la versione che prevede un pagamento annuale per poter usufruire del multiplayer. Il team ISI ha finalmente rilasciato una nuova build ufficiale e stabile del suo rFactor 2: la build 342 in questione dovrebbe portare significativi miglioramenti grafici, oltre ad una prima versione del sistema di training dell'AI come visto in rF1. Per tutti i dettagli, download e commenti dle caso, fate riferimento a questo topic del forum. Info: This new build should see a major step update to visuals in rFactor 2. You may want to take a good look at your settings, as in some cases you might be able to use a lower setting for the look you are used to now, while those of you with super-systems can enjoy visuals not seen before. We have worked a way around the bug with USB in Microsoft Windows 8. Loss of controllers issues should be gone. Let us know. Only major known issue is that for night time racing, you may need to disable HDR to give you visibility. We simply had to get the wheel fixes out (which stopped users from running the sim entirely due to the bug in Windows 8).
  19. Hi everyone, Let's try this again: We have released rFactor 2 Build 300 (yesterday's 298 had issues with some third party mods). There's been some comments about improved framerates from testers, hopefully that experience carries over to you! We've also started to implement a new constraint system (which is used in the upcoming historic Howston cars), that allows many new physics features, such as chassis flex. Most importantly, this system allows suspension geometry and wheel rates to be more accurate than the old model was able to simulate. This system adds complexity and accuracy, but has already been optimized, with no notable additional CPU usage. Of course older cars will be updated in the future, and new cars will use the new system going forward. Fortunately, it's quite easy to convert...   20. Hi everyone, We have released rFactor 2 Build 298. There's been some comments about improved framerates from testers, hopefully that experience carries over to you! We've also started to implement a new constraint system (which is used in the upcoming historic Howston cars), that allows many new physics features, such as chassis flex. Most importantly, this system allows suspension geometry and wheel rates to be more accurate than the old model was able to simulate. This system adds complexity and accuracy, but has already been optimized, with no notable additional CPU usage. Of course older cars will be updated in the future, and new cars will use the new system going forward. Fortunately, it's quite easy to convert... Documentation will follow. PC Patch 11 - 31/10/12 Made an improvement to the AI under braking that will stop them from crashing in to the back of the player so frequently. Deactivated the run_on_cpu option which was added with the last patch. The feedback given did not indicate that this improved the framerate for anybody.Fixed two issues when using the Logitech Wingman Formula Force GP Wheel. The default Logitech control profile is always selected after player attempts to customise the controls with this wheel. Fixed an issue where the track could become wet without any rain being visible. Rebalanced engine wear so it will go below 99% during a season. PC Patch 6 - 09/10/12 Made Pro level AI quicker so that the time gap to Legendary AI is smaller. We’re keen to get community feedback on this change. Fixed the weather system so that Cars will no longer start the race on the wrong tyres. Cars will need to change to intermediate tyres when it has been raining with sufficient intensity.
