  1. Fonte Finally I'm going to call this update version 1.02. Damage has been added to all versions, LOD's have been made up, blurred wheels, along with so many other changes. Also introduces the DTM version of the car with reduced horsepower and more weight. CREDITS: -Original mesh: ChongMcBong -Skins and light textures: NWrap -Porting, extra fixes, physics: Me -Sounds: GTACE, Kunos -ECU: Alex72 -Testing: Lunae, Marlo0081, Avoletta, Patrik Marek, Jebus, Pankykapus, and anyone I'm forgetting BUGS: -The mesh is NOT perfect. I know it's not, but please consider I've spent months trying to fix up this mesh. I never intended for the mod to be this massive, it just sort of happened and took up way more time than I expected. -Anything else that is an ACTUAL BUG, let me know please. 2. This is another one of my friend Mythbuster's absolutely stunning creations. He originally made the car for BeamNG as a school project. (He also modeled the Seat Ibiza) With his permission of course, I've converted it to AC. Features a whopping 160 hp V8 with (GASP) over-head valves, and a hydromatic 4 speed auto. Few things to keep in mind: -No damage -Might be a top down version later -I tried my best with the tires. Without Kunos tire tool, It's damn near impossible to get realistic tires. HUGE thanks goes out to the_meco for getting the driver set up right, and of course, Mythbuster for slaving away at this thing for months. Also a big thanks to Stereo for helping me finally figure out the collision boxes using Blender. All the people I had test it, thank you so much for taking the time to do so. DO NOT MODIFY THIS CAR IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. DOWNLOAD fonte AC forum
  3. Version 0.97 includes the following versions: -Stock, 1.4L 4 cylinder -Modified, VR6 from Golf GTI -Mid engine, Turbo Ibiza -Modified, Turbo 1.8 20v AWD version (Syncro Golf parts) All of them have the bodies uv-unwrapped, and AO baked so they look nicer and may be skinned. Physics have all been gone through yet again, I'm very happy with how they are now... YET AGAIN. Still no damage, doubt I will add it. 4. Fonte. Alright, initial release is version 0.72. The steering wheel is subject to change, otherwise a lot of it will remain. It spawns at 50% boost, adjustable in game. 50% boost is 400 something hp, 100% boost is in the 700's for hp. Has hard, medium, soft slick tires, and also semi slick tires for street use (hahahaha). CREDITS: Lunae - Testing and tuning Michael Hornbuckle - Testing Myself - Eveything else Dennis W - Seats Panky Kapus - Driver position DOWNLOAD 0.81

[AC] 1987 Ford Sierra Cosworth rs500

File Name: 1987 Ford Sierra Cosworth rs500 File Submitter: Alessandro Pollini File Submitted: 07 Nov 2014 File Category: Cover Wheelers Mods Author : bobskype Here's the initial release of the RS500. I'm calling it version 0.66, because there's still a couple things I want to tidy up, and also need to implement damage. I've spent a lot of time porting this car over, re-uv mapping the body, fixing textures, dials, ect. I hope everyone enjoys it. CREDITS: -Original mesh: ChongMcBong -Porting, extra fixes, physics: Me -Sounds: Kunos -Testing: Lunae, Marlo0081, Avoletta, Patrik Marek, Jebus, Pankykapus, and anyone I'm forgetting BUGS: -No damage -No gauge or tail lights... Gauge lights didn't look very good to me :\ -The mesh is NOT perfect. I know it's not, I'll try to fix what I can in due time. -Anything else that is an ACTUAL BUG, let me know please. There is a body.psd included in the skins folder. In each skin folder, I've included the AO bake (bodybake.dds) which is the diffuse, and then the metal_detail.dds is for the color. If you want to make a special paint scheme, I suggest using the body.psd and saving it as the bodybake.dds. If you just want a color change, try just changing the metal_detail.dds. 6. Alright, time to release an initial version, 0.5. Things that still need work: -Collision box -Exhaust (flames) -Real solid axle (KUNOS PLS) -Suspension animations (BLENDER PLS) This is the first version of the Datsun, a drift version. Comes with a lot of steering lock, custom suspension, and a GM LQ4 V8. Four different tire types: Street, Semislicks, Slicks Hard, and Magic. The hard slicks are mostly right off the DTM E30. Magic tires are basically the Street tires, but with zero wear and zero heat build up (for drifting ) Right now it has a faked rear axle, using a DWB type suspension. Lunae and I have done a lot of tuning to get the thing to where it's at. Please do NOT EDIT THE PHYSICS, use the in game adjustments in the pits for that. Please do NOT modify or reupload without my permission. Please make some skins for it though. DOWNLOAD Body PSD file is located in the skins folder, titled 'bodypaint.psd'. There is a saved selection in the PSD for just the body paint. Hopefully it will be easy for everyone. Credits: Jalkku: Seats, steering wheel Pankykapus: Sounds originally from Cobra, tweaked very slightly for this Lunae: Suspension fine tuning, feedback Myself: Everything else
  7. Fonte. Readme from the zip file: Petersberg Hillclimb for Assetto Corsa by GTAce v0.9 Converted by dkutch/bobskype Don't convert, or change this track in any way! If you want to convert it to another platform, or want to edit things like the AI and CAMERA files, ask for a permission first. It's very likely that I'll give it to you, as long as it improves the track. DON'T UPLOAD IT SOMEWHERE WITHOUT MY STRICT PERMISSION!!! INCLUDING DRIVINGITALIA, RACEDEPARTMENT, OR OTHER MOD COLLECTING SITES!!! - INSTALL - To install this track, simply drop the "petersberghillclimb" folder into X:\Steam\SteamApps\common\assettocorsa\content\tracks. - HOW TO RACE - This track has a maximum grid of 15 cars. It's meant to be driven alone, or with at least 15 seconds between the cars, as a pure time attack track. So just use the normal time trial/free practice mode. There are no lights (real life road doesn't have any either), I'd recommend to drive at daytime, if AC ever gets a real nighttime option. - KNOWN BUGS & ISSUES - No Cameras No AI. There are some slight pop-ups in the background which are unfortunately necessary for performance reasons. The track is a bit more FPS heavy than others, because of all the details. Movable objects aren't supported by AC yet. - CREDITS - Track layout, terrain modeling, design, road textures, object placing and preview picture by GTAce. Petersberg Grand Hotel, Chapel and the Guard House were built by renntom. Additional texture work (mapping, shading, materials etc.) in the rFactor version by aleksssk. Conversion, shading, optimization for Assetto Corsa, skysphere, additional texture work, terrain map by dkutch/bobskype. All other textures and objects like trees, guard rails, spectators, vehicles etc. used, are from several Xpacks. I don't know all the individual authors, but I'm very thankful for their work! If you see anything you made and want to be mentioned, feel free to contact me and I'll add you to the ReadMe file. The Simca Rally used for the preview picture is from HistorX Team's 'HistorX v1.95' mod for rFactor. - SPECIAL THANKS TO... - ...my dad, who gave me the idea to use the road while I was searching real roads for a (fictional) hillclimb and for his constructive critics, which helped me a lot. To my friends Peter (who filmed the real thing for me and helped me out more than he might know) and Lilli (who was patient with him while doing so and who motivated me a lot with her comments). Also again to renntom and aleksssk, not only for their actual work they've put into this, but also for many tips and ideas they gave me and all the motivating comments. YOU GUYS ROCK!!! To dkutch/bobskype for his absolutely amazing Assetto Corsa conversion, which is much better than anything I ever imagined. He's put so many hours into it and I feel honoured and am extremely thankful for that. Also, sorry again for my all my nagging, kudos for bearing with me mate! To all the members of GTPlanet, GTR4U, NoGrip, GTRP, the official Assetto Corsa forums and Racedepartment who also motivated me and gave me tips. - DISCLAIMER - No one mentioned here in this file is responsible for any damage taken to your hard or software after installing this track. While it's extremely unlikely, that something bad will happen, it's definitely not the fault of anyone above if something goes wrong. Everything was tested for malware and viruses and all files are clean! If you got infected with something, you most likely downloaded it from a shady source, not supported by anyone involved in this project. DOWNLOAD V0.9
  8. Vasilis and I have been working on making a 125cc Shifter Kart for AC. The mesh is very early in it's stages, but I've been working on the physics the last few days for it. The suspension is solid, since in real life these don't even have suspensions. So all of the tuning has been put into the tires. That's where I need the most insight... Does any body have experience with these sort of karts in the real world? I'd love to ask some questions, and even have some people try the vehicle out. I've been able to get the proper dimensions and drivetrain items in place, but the tire physics have been sending me in circles. http://www.mediafire.com/download/r5pmyg8cxwp92b4/kart_V0.00000005.zip fonte AC forum
