Waiting for rFactor 2 to be released, we are still certain that rF2 will deliver the same joy and modding pleasure we all learned to love during the past years.
However, allot of people seem to doubt the graphical quality of the product. We are sure that ISI is focusing on the technical side of things rather than the overall look. It’s the way it should be. The real power of rFactor2 will be the mod friendly engine. So once we can get our WSGT2 project on the road in the real rF2 engine, we are convinced that rF2 will be everything rF1 has been and more. Remember the days that every rF1 mod release felt like Xmass? We are so excited to see what the modding teams are going to come up with. We have worked on a certain style and look of the WSGT2 using rF1 as a work platform. We can’t wait to see how it might look in the new release. Lets hope its not to far away. On top of this post we did a quick comparison between the WSGT2 Renault cockpit (rF1) and the rFactor2 WIP Renault using HDR. If we get the left working in the right, we will be one very happy modding team.
