Assetto Corsa Competizione (PC) - Fanatec Recommended Settings

General Notes:
- The settings below are considered to be reasonable baseline values for Assetto Corsa Competizione (PC). They might not suit all tastes and driving styles, but they are a good starting point.
- The software is in an 'Early Access' beta, so controller settings are not final.
- In order to apply the suggested settings correctly, it is important to assign both the Tuning Menu values AND the suggested In-Game settings together.
- For the Podium Series settings, it is assumed that the Torque Key is being used.
- In order to make use of the Multi-Position Switches of the CSL Elite Steering Wheel McLaren GT3 and ClubSport Steering Wheel F1 2018 / Formula V2 wheels, the base needs to be in V2.5 Compatibility Mode and the 'McLaren GT3' preset needs to be loaded in the ACC controller menu.
- Please ensure you are using the latest wheel base firmware.

  QUOTE

How to use:

  1. Run WheelCheck
  2. "Max Count" should be at least 50 in box. Lower values work, but 50 or even 100 give better results.
  3. Select "Step Log 2 (linear force test)" and wait until the test stops.
  4. Extract LUTGenerator.zip you've just downloaded wherever you want and run LUTGenerator.exe
  5. Open the csv that was just generated by WheelCheck.
  6. Save the generated LUT in My Documents\Assetto Corsa\cfg\ folder, eg myLUT.lut
  7. Open ff_post_process.ini located in My Documents\Assetto Corsa\cfg\ and make sure the TYPE=LUT, ENABLED=1 and CURVE = Generated LUT filename
  8. MIN FORCE should be set to 0 in Assetto Corsa!!
