(questo se non erro bisogna modificarlo dal tool dei settings prima di lanciare il gioco) Una delle due era l'opzione incriminata se non erro. Vai nella cartella rFactor 2/userdata/player e apri il player.json, anche un normalissimo blocco note va bene. Cerca "Heat FX Fade Speed", dovrebbe avere un valore numerico, su Discord riportano 30, tu metti 0. Salva e chiudi.
