Slightly Mad Studios ha annunciato la nuova piattaforma software denominata Project CARS Pro, in collaborazione con il marchio Porsche. In sostanza un simulatore dedicato e specifico, derivato naturalmente da Project CARS 2, che sarà presentato per la prima volta al prossimo Los Angeles Auto Show per guidare in modo virtuale la nuovissima Porsche 911 Carrera S sul circuito di Leipzig con la realtà virtuale del visore StarVR.

Slightly Mad Studios, in collaboration with Porsche, is proud to present an exclusive experience built on the Project CARS Pro platform which will be officially launched in 2019. The “Porsche 911 VR-Racing Experience” will be on display at the 2018 Los Angeles Auto Show.

This bespoke Porsche experience was created by Slightly Mad Studios in close collaboration with Porsche and StarVR to deliver truly unique, intense, and unrivaled levels of immersion featuring the all-new Porsche 911 Carrera S.

Sarebbe bello se uscisse anche la versione VR classica giusto per poterla provare anche noi dato che StarVR esiste solo in versione commerciale e al momento lo possiede solo qualche sviluppatore, per altro e' notizia di ieri che la stessa StarVR potrebbe essere venduta o smantellata...
