Patch 1.13 is due to go up on Steam at around 4pm UK time (GMT). The PS4 and Xbox One versions to follow soon. I’ll confirm times and dates closer to the releases. In the mean time, please have a look through the patch notes below.

Increased frequency of safety car deployment for multiplayer.

Fixed issue where teams would value showmanship and sportsmanship incorrectly in contract negotiations.

Fixed an issue where the safety car could incorrectly come out after using a flashback.

Safety car improvements when picking up the lead car when they are close to backmarkers.

Fixed a bug that caused AI cars to be teleported back to the pit lane when loading a mid session save created while in the garage while the player is in the garage. This could cause the AI to set very short sector times.

We are continuing to track down and fix more bugs and we’ll have more information about any further patches soon.

Patch 1.14 reverts the sportsmanship/showmanship fix in contract negotiations which was included in patch 1.13. This fix has been removed because an element of it was not working as intended.

Patch 1.14 is live for PC players as of around 4pm UK time (GMT) today. Version 1.13 will be skipped on PS4 and Xbox One and players on those platforms will update straight to 1.14 when the patches are released later this week (subject to first party approval).
