City Car Driving è un simulatore di guida auto realistico, che vi aiuterà di approntare la tecnica base della guida di un veicolo nelle diverse condizioni stradali, con l’immersione nell’ambiente massimamente avvicinato alla realtà.
Il traffico "intelligente", i pedoni imprevedibili e le improvvise situazioni pericolose non vi permetteranno di rilassarvi e manterranno l’atmosfera della reale circolazione stradale. Una piena gamma delle condizioni del tempo (pioggia, neve, nebbia, ghiaccio) e le diverse ore del giorno vi aiuteranno a prepararvi per la guida nelle condizioni più impreviste.
Il controllo del rispetto delle norme del codice stradale e i suggerimenti vi permetteranno di consolidare le conoscenze dei CdS, adottati nei diversi paesi del mondo, e gli appositi autodromi daranno la possibilità di allenarvi eseguendo diversi tipi di esercizi: dalle lezioni di guida per l’esame presso la motorizzazione civile all’apprendimento degli elementi della guida sportiva e sicura.

Le caratteristiche chiave

• Possibilità di scelta dell’ora del giorno e delle condizioni del tempo (pioggia, neve, giaccio, notte, nebbia ecc.)
  
  
   
• Le situazioni pericolose improvvise come: l’invasione della corsia opposta, la fermata brusca, l’improvviso cambio corsia, i pedoni che attraversano la strada correndo, i semafori rotti ecc.
  
  
   
• Itinerari casuali in modalità di guida libera con le impostazioni regolabili.
• La funzione di registrazione/riproduzione per la seguente analisi degli errori durante guida.
• I cortili con le stradine strette e imbrogliate e i parcheggi multipiano con numerose auto.
  
  
   
• I tram che partecipano alla circolazione a pieno titolo.
  
  
   
• I comportamenti realistici dei partecipanti della circolazione, che non sempre rispettano le norme del CdS.
• Supporto dei codici della strada dei diversi paesi del mondo: USA, Australia, Unione Europea, Federazione Russa, compreso le modalità di guida a destra e a sinistra per i corrispettivi paesi.
  
  
   
• Ampia scelta delle automobili. Oltre le diverse versioni delle autovetture il simulatore e fornito di: camion di piccole tonnellate, pulmino, fuoristrada, pick-up, utilitaria, nonché le automobili con lo sterzo a destra. I veicoli cono forniti dei kit completi degli organi di controllo, compresi il clacson e i dispositivi di illuminazione.
• Le condizioni fisiche realistiche, che intervengono nel comportamento dei veicoli sulla strada e permettono di sperimentare gli scontri reali con i conseguenti danneggiamenti visibili.
• Supporto dei cambi meccanico e automatico, funzionanti come i loro prototipi reali.
• Supporto degli sterzi moderni e innovativi, come"Logitech G27 / G29 / G920" e simili, con tutto il corredo funzionale occorrente: retroazione, angolo massimo di sterzata di900 gradi, pedale della frizione ecc.
• Supporto di Oculus Rift e TrackIR.
• Supporto delle modifiche esterne

“È un insolito divertimento, dove il traffico scorre compatto e dinamico, vi sono presenti i complessi intrecci stradali, tanta segnaletica verticale e orizzontale, dove non sempre e semplice raggiungere il punto B partendo dal punto A. Gli esercizi sull’autodromo possono risultare molto più difficili che prendere le brusche curve in un gioco di corsa. La massima realisticità può diventare una vera sfida paragonabile per la sua complessità alla guida dell’automobile reale.”

Well, the time has come for the next release this autumn!
And how can an autumn release be without a real autumn? We have added one more season! Now you can drive in summer, winter and autumn.
Also the virtual city has been prepared for the upcoming Christmas. You can plunge into the colorful atmosphere of celebration and miracles in just a couple of mouse clicks.
Oculus Rift CV1 owners can easily use their headsets and plunge into the reality of the virtual city streets. Also we started working closely on support for HTC Vive.
For mods fans - now you can easily upload custom cars in the Steam Workshop and install them in just one mouse click. And there is a hatchback added already as an example. So, we are waiting for your high-quality models!

P.S.: Auto update in Steam should start after some time. If you wish to get the update immediately - uninstall the game in Steam and then install again..

In honor of the approaching summer, traditionally a new version of the simulator will be released!
Added support of new devices, new missions and new regional traffic rules (so far only for Germany) - and this is only a small part of all the changes!

We are glad to present the annual autumn release with many fixes and improvements. There is a partial list of changes below. We hope you will like it!
Now owners of VR headset can drive in the free driving mode and perform exercises in the career mode with greater comfort. All messages appear on a special tablet added to the car's interior. It also displays a navigator for the current route tracking.
Do you want to learn what to do if something happens to your car? Or you just like challenging quests? For you we increased the number of sudden emergency situations. Now in addition to pedestrians running across the road and aggressive drivers, you can meet traffic car accidents, interfering the driving through. Also during the driving you can face a tire puncture, braking or steering system failure. We also strongly recommend to keep an eye on the coolant temperature to avoid engine jamming.
If you have already passed the career mode (maybe even twice), but want to repeat - try our new high difficulty mode. We tried making it feasible, but requiring total concentration.
Good news for the owners of: Sven Drift and Thrustmaster TMX PRO Force Feedback steering wheels, Logitech F310 gamepad and Thrustmaster JOYSTICK. Now these devices are preconfigured and you just need to select it from the preset drop-down list. If your device is not listed there, you can always configure it manually in the game settings.
If you have any doubts about whether you use the car lights in a right way or not, we added an alert for the timeliness of the turn signal and high beam headlights.
In addition, now you can drive around the virtual city with your favorite Internet radio station. There are already preconfigured stations, but you can always add your favorite ones to them.
If you still doubt that driving being a drunk is a bad idea, we added the drunk driving mode to the emergency situation list. You will see how significant the alcohol influences the car driving.

P.S .: By the way, we improved the navigator appearance. Now it looks almost like a real one and shows the nearest turns along the route and the distance to them.
P.P.S .: Also we spent a lot of time on this, but now the simulator should work faster.
