GUI Editor

Make your own display. You can move, rescale, add or remove any parameters, three different layout profile can be saved and number of screens can be increased up to 5.

All the colors are fully customizable.

Telemetry Analyzer

On track you can compare any parameters in real-time with one of the saved laps. Once back in the Pit, you can save a lap and compare it to any saved laps using the telemetry screen. You have the possibility to add two vertical cursors on the graph to display the differential +/- time from the saved lap to the lap being viewed on a selected portion. You will be able to compare each turn independently.

The following data can be analysed:

Speed, RPM, Gear, throttle/brake positions, steering angle, Tires temperature,

Tires pressure, Ride height and G-Forces.

Come al solito non sono riuscito ad aspettare commenti / consigli (che..chissà...magari nessuno l'ha provata)... e l'ho comprata.

Che dire... MUST HAVE per tutti quelli che hanno un tablet 7" (consigliato, dimensione utile per potersela godere IMHO).

E' ABBASTANZA personalizzabile (nei limiti dell'intuitivo e dell'utile)... Bella bella. Risolve il problema del "display motec" dietro al volante, se siete disposti a "sacrificare" un dispositivo da "solo 100 euro" per lasciarlo fisso dietro alla corona.

si si...infatti, ci ho sbattuto il naso qualche decina di minuti fa (mi era sfuggito il tastino del menu del GUI editor...Non so perchè sul tab non me l'ha dato la prima volta che l'ho aperto).

Cmq, come dicevo, ci sto smanettando un po, e devo dire che è davvero molto molto valida.

Ne avevo provate/viste alcune, ma per Android non ho mai trovato niente di convincente a livello grafico (simil motec). Magari mi sbaglio e per mia ignoranza non le ho mai trovate...

Questa, a mio avviso, merita 5 stelle piene. Peccato per il prezzo che non comprende tutti i nostri amati sim (se mi chiedeva 10 euro per tutti li davo volentieri)...

Ottima cmq!... Adesso mi basta solo creare una cornice in alluminio e incollarla su un "tablet economico" da posizionare dietro al volante

Il Galaxy tab 2 è molto carino, ma troppo costoso per "incastrarlo" dietro alla postazione eheehehe

Volendo credo che utilizzando uno smartphone di fascia bassa, magari con un display da 3.2" si potrebbe anche integrare nella corona di un volante, in alternativa ai monitorini che si usano solitamente, forse si andrebbe a spendere leggermente di più con questa soluzione, ma comunque il tool sembra meritare davvero tanto!

Guarda...Io già con un Desire HD da 4.3" mi sentirei "stretto".

Usare un telefono da ALMENO 250 euro per metterlo "posticcio" dietro alla corona di un volante IMHO è un eresia...

Teoricamente per fare le cose come si deve dovresti dedicare un device da posizionare DIETRO al volante (non sulla corona...già i telefoni pesano, e si fa a gara a chi fa il volante più leggero, se poi ci metti pure un telefono che sbilancia il tutto, col dubbio che possa volare lontano dopo una controsterzata decisa... ).

Tieni presente che, come sopra, un tablet mediocre da 7" con connessione wi-fi costa 100 euro, e anche meno. Per quello che fa questo programmino, 100 euro di investimento non sono assolutamente tanti, anzi.

Un display "normale" (vedi SymDisplay) costa circa 60-70 euro, ma è piccolo ed è fatto per essere incassato nel volante, quindi ha una destinazione differente, ed è pensato appositamente per essere incastrato nella corona FISSO...

Il programma NON sostituisce quel tipo di accessorio, ma semplicemente crea (sempre IMHO) una serie di possibilità differenti.

Per chiarirti il concetto del "più grande è meglio è...fino a certi limiti"...

Guarda le 2 foto. Lascia perdere il fatto che sul desire HD c'è il fondo nero e la striscia di led (non ho perso tempo a settarlo anche su un secondo device...).

Guarda la scatoletta led sopra il piantone del volante e guarda quella che si vede appena sotto al monitor (a lato device nel video e nelle foto).

Un 7" risulta essere molto molto simile (come grandezza) ai display usati nei cockpit delle GT. A memoria mi sembrava di ricordare una base dei display "motec" di circa 17-18 cm...

Senza sbattersi troppo quindi, compratevi un TABLET da 100 euro (link sopra) e via

Scherzi a parte, un monitor USB costa circa 120-150 euro.

Volendo si potrebbe anche usare il tablet come secondo monitor (con AirDisplay), oppure si stacca e si usa in giro...per strada, come navigatore...

mentre un secondo monitor (usb), costoso, è dipendente dal PC e fa solo da monitor

Il monitor era una 27" e l'immagine "allungata" a 21:9... Non vorrei che il tablet fosse sembrato troppo piccolo

finalmente gli indicatori analogici... figata!!!

eh si... gli mancavano...

Stavo valutando l'acquisto del programmino "sli-emu" che simula la Sli-Pro di bodnar (su device Android), da testare sul tablet GalaxyTab2 7" (come video sopra), ma poi ho guardato un po in giro, e ammetto di NON averlo comprato, in quanto, il programma in testa al post risulta essere MOOOOOOLTO più adatto a sistemi portatili, in quanto presenta una serie di possibilità / personalizzazioni senza pari.

Lo sli-emu va bene per chi ha già pagato la licenza per device di bodnar (anche se trovo inutile simulare un display led e 7 segmenti, potendolo comprare fisicamente.

Non posso che essere strafelice di aver comprato il programmino di cui sopra. Aggiornamenti FREQUENTI (uno a settimana di media!?!?!), personalizzazione FANTASTICA, interfaccia SEMPLICISSIMA, costo relativamente contenuto.

A patto di avere/acquistare un tablet Android (se ne trovano a 80 euro ad oggi), è IMHO la MIGLIORE soluzione per simulare un display digitale dietro al proprio volante...

Mi ha risolto il problema della "simulazione display motec"... permettendomi di riprendere un paio di progetti sospesi per "mancanza di mezzi e soluzioni"

Scusate la domanda forse stupida, ma ho visto che nel google play store ne esistono più versioni una per ogni sim o quasi mi confermate? Per cui andrebe comprata una versione specifica a sim?
