Azz...

Here are the specifications of my game computer:

CPU: Intel i7-920 @ 2.67GHz

GPU: ATI Radeon HD 5870 (11.12 drivers)

.....

Not bad, but certainly not anywhere close to bleeding edge either. When ISI suggested the 3.0GHz CPU for optimal performance, they were right. I can tell a difference between the stock 2.67GHz i7-920 and when I overclock the CPU to 3.5GHz. But that is when I crank-up the graphic settings.

Using a 25 car field with 25 cars viewable is my criteria. I can achieve that with good graphics on the 2.67GHz setting. If I can't live with the settings to give me a smooth framerate, I can try tweaking my system settings more, wait till the Beta code is fully optimized in the final release version, and see what tuning tips come out of the Beta (do we still use +fullproc?).

I won't talk framerate specifics on a Beta, but I can setup a 25 car race for 1920x1080 resolution, and get framerates anywhere from triple digits down to single digits depending on how the graphics are adjusted.

HDR looks great but it does use more of the computer system. I never run shadows higher than medium, but I love to see as many bits as possible around the track so I always use "Full" for the track. I think the rFactor 2 Beta will run decently on most systems as long as the graphics and resolution are not set higher than the computer can handle.

Secondo me sono pochi seri.
