speriamo che questo ritardo per PC sia dovuto ad un netto miglioramento della fisica di guida e alla grafica....

Il distributore del nuovo Test Drive: Ferrari Racing Legends ha confermato che il gioco in versione PC è stato rimandato. Previsto inizialmente per il 27 luglio 2012, la versione per piattaforma Windows del nuovo titolo sviluppato da Slighly Mad Studios e interamente incentrato sulle auto e la storia della Scuderia Ferrari è ora previsto in uscita per il 24 agosto 2012.

After 2500 words you’re probably interested in general recommendations and I fully intend on delivering those but please note that it’s not easy to give a definite in this case. Ferrari Racing Legends knows two distinct halves and it’s very frustrating because you never quite know which one you’re going to get. It’s unperceivable almost that Slightly Mad Studios would release a campaign mode so unbalanced. Some of the challenges are nearly impossible to finish while the very next race you could win with 20+ seconds to spare. That is unacceptable. On the flip side there’s so much worthwhile content on this disc that it’s hard not to recommend the game. I’ve had so much fun driving some of these older tracks in cars that were sliding all over the place that I’d have loved if it was better overall. Unfortunately the game’s backbone is crippled and the rotten apples need to be patched before we can give it our seal of approval. Right now you should only consider this game if you A. Like Ferraris and B. Are an enthusiastic aspiring racing driver with a preferably high-end wheel. If you do not match either criteria the game will probably turn out a dud. So for most of us it’s better to steer away from Ferrari Racing Legends, believe me it’s for the passionate few.

Dopo cinque rinvii ed a meno di 10 giorni di distanza dall'ultima data promessa, il publisher BigBen sembra aver deciso la definitiva cancellazione della versione PC di Test Drive: Ferrari Racing Legends. Il gioco è stato promesso su PC prima a Giugno, poi a Luglio ed è arrivato ad Agosto per passare dal 12 e dal 21 settembre. Dopodichè c'è stato un salto di due mesi, fino al 30 Novembre, che, secondo quanto riporta più di una fonte, è stato fatale.
