Steady progress is being made on the new iGP, though it is arriving a little later than originally hoped. I had mentioned our intention of launching at the end of September, but it is clear that this will not be possible now. Provided nothing unexpected happens, we will be launching in November 2015. The exact day will depend on how beta testing goes, if we find anything to work on or improve in that time. With that announcement out of the way, let’s move on to the good stuff!

Dopo un intenso periodo di beta testing pubblico, dal 26 agosto sarà disponibile su tutte le piattaforme la prima versione definitiva e completa di iGP Manager, originale titolo manageriale della iGP Games dedicato al mondo della Formula 1. Qui di seguito il comunicato con tutti i dettagli ed il traailer di lancio.

 

The new iGP Manager will arrive on igpmanager.com on August 26^th, for free. Following this launch, in Q4 2016 it will be released as an app on Android and iOS. This makes it the world’s first cross-device motorsport manager game with multiplayer real-time strategy.

We’ve taken every bit of feedback on board from you, our enthusiastic managers, both before and during the beta test to ensure the right balance between a game which is approachable and shareable with your friends and yet which has a greater degree of challenge and variety than ever before.

After closing the beta recently, we have continued to develop iGP Manager, and there will be new previously unseen features included when the web app launches on August 26^th. These include:

• New home page featuring your leagues news feed and live next race countdown
• New Britain circuit layout
• All circuit maps rebuilt in double the current resolution for crisp new visuals and rich levels of detail, with visual rubber on the track and more
• A revised live race GUI which displays more vital information on one screen and allows adjusting of strategy while keeping the race in view
• Live telemetry and data on your cars and their fuel and tyre usage during the live race
• In-race strategy which can review and modify all past and future stints during the race, not only the upcoming stint

We look forward to bringing all of these new and revised features with the launch, as well as surprises we have planned for later in the year after the web app launch. By the way, you can get a sneak peak at some of these features in the trailer!

Il già noto manageriale gratuito multiplayer iGP Manager, disponibile per dispositivi mobili dal 2017, ha appena ricevuto un aggiornamento che elimina la prospettiva 2D con una nuova grafica 3D. I giocatori possono quindi guardare le gare che si svolgono attraverso le telecamere di bordo, a bordo pista e ad inseguimento, mentre è già prevista una modalità telecamera TV che sarà disponibile in un aggiornamento futuro.

Ciascuno dei 24 circuiti del gioco e l'auto dei giocatori sono stati completamente modellati in 3D, mantenendo le consuete caratteristiche che lo hanno portato ad un successo da oltre 2,5 milioni di utenti, con la possibilità di assumere piloti e ingegneri, oltre a sviluppare la propria auto formula.
