Lele "NightRider" Albanes Posted July 31, 2017 Share Posted July 31, 2017 AMD Radeon Software Crimson ReLive 17.7.2 driver http://support.amd.com/it-it/download/desktop?os=Windows+10+-+64 Molto interessanti in quanto aggiungono numerose funzioni fra cui una specie di V-Sync adattivo che dovrebbe risolvere i problemi di tearing e input lag chiamato Enhanced Sync. Ma le novità sono moltissime,vi consiglio di leggere il "read me" nella pagina di download,anche per chi fa streaming online delle proprie sessioni ci sono cose interessanti che migliorano le prestazioni. L'ultimo aggiornamento di SteamVR pubblicato ieri (1.4.14) tra le numerose novita' , bug fix e supporto al visore Index , aggiunge FINALMENTE il supporto allo smart smoothing per le schede AMD moderne !! Attualmente c'e' un bug sotto le sole Vega VII , ma dovrebbe essere risolto da AMD in una prossima versione dei driver. "Motion Smoothing on AMD: Motion Smoothing on AMD gpus has been enabled in this update. Motion Smoothing only works on graphics cards which support asynchronous reprojection. For AMD, this is the RX and Vega series. Motion Smoothing on R9 and older cards is not supported. Radeon VII is supported, however, there is currently a bug in its graphic driver which causes the motion estimation step to take too long. When this is detected, SteamVR shuts down the motion smoothing system until the next time you launch SteamVR. This will show up under the Video section of the SteamVR desktop settings as a yellow warning message stating that “Motion Smoothing is not supported on this gpu or the drivers are out of date.” Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Igor71 Posted June 11, 2019 Share Posted June 11, 2019 (edited) AMD ha presentato e introdotto una serie di importanti novita' nei suoi driver, che potrebbero rivelarsi utilissime specialmente per noi simracers, tra cui Radeon Adaptive Sharpening (RIS) che funziona come una sorta di super sampling ma con un impatto minimo sulle prestazioni (intorno all 1%) e Radeon anti-lag per la riduzione dei tempi di risposta nelle periferiche di input (speriamo volanti inclusi). https://www.tomshw.it/hardware/radeon-image-sharpening-amd-sfida-nvidia-dlss/ Edited June 11, 2019 by Igor71 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
