  1. Monza 1960

    Monza as it was in the 60's hedges and plenty to hit, i have tried to keep the decoration to how it was.No rust/dirt texture filters and no modern day textures over old track surfaces.The track shadow problem, common to GPL conversions has been fixed in this version, thanks to Motorfx for all his work behind the scenes.
    This was a conversion from GPL but i have added and removed many objects and textures, to create a feeling of the 60's.

    End of Sector 3 are many Waypoints incorect (mixed positions, AI PitStop and Map Plugin can not correct work)
    This is to big work for manual correction.

    The real track:
    Sonoma Raceway, formerly Sears Point Raceway and Infineon Raceway is a 2.52-mile (4.06 km) road course and drag strip located on the landform known as Sears Point in the southern Sonoma Mountains near Sonoma, California, USA. The road course features 12 turns on a hilly course with 160 feet of total elevation change.[1] It is host to one of only five national NASCAR races each year that are run on road courses (including two races at Watkins Glen International in Watkins Glen, New York and the Nationwide Series-only races at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio and Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin). It is also host to the IZOD IndyCar Series and several other auto races and motorcycle races such as the American Federation of Motorcyclists series. Sonoma Raceway continues to host amateur, or club racing events which may or may not be open to the general public. The largest such car club is the Sports Car Club of America.
    The virtual track:
    This track was made from scratch for rFactor by mianiak & krivjur and some friends.
    This version is a lot better than the older versions of the track.
    They gave permission to anyone to work on it.
    The GTR2 version:

    Editing of meshes, TRK file, GDB file, rain reflection, animated marshalls, etc by ZWISS
    Still to do in an update:
    Improve FPS.
    Close some small holes in the terrain

  7. El Cairo 1947

    The race was held on a twisty track laid in El Gezirah, a small island on the Nile in Cairo's residential district.Only 6000 spectators showed up on a sunny day, mostly sitting on the top rows of the stands, leaving the bottom ones unoccupied,probably by fear; the cars wore race numbers also in Arabic on the right side of the tail.
    After heats won by Cortese and Taruffi, ten cars qualified for the final. Taruffi started in front from Cortese,Dusio and Ascari who overtook Dusio after ten laps. Towards the end of the race the nuts fixing the carburettor in Taruffi's car got loose and he had to slow down and was passed by Cortese and Ascari. Cortese won and was awarded a cup of solid gold presented to him by King Farouk in person.



  8. Hillclimb Remlingrade with LOD for PuG3

    We are located in the Bergisch Land, part of the West German low mountain range, one of the best terrain for national hillclimb races in motorsport.
    Now the route: The start is located in the valley of the Wupper and via a connecting road, to Remlingrade which was founded in 1183, from there it goes through the county road 6 to the finish in the village Önkfeld. The start is at an altitude of 205 m and the target at an altitude of 356 m.
    Construction workers of the track for GTR2:
    Objects and/or textures from Andre F1-Edition, Virtua_LM team, CY-33, Thomas Lächele, Philcout and TheSky, MotorFX, Com8 and the Sketchup Gallery.
    I'd like to thank all the others I have not listed now, but have stood by me with help and advice.
    How could it be otherwise, even here is a problem.
    At night some clipping on the track with the front headlights.

    The race track was tested and developed on an standard PC with AMD Phenom II 3.2GHz with GeForce GTS 450 at a resolution of 1024 * 768.

    Autodromo di Mores is a permanent motor racing and motorbike race track on the Italian island of Sardinia.
    Building first started on the circuit on 15 July 2000 and was completed on 15 March 2003.
    The circuit hosts the Prove Libere Motociclistiche, Sardegna VaCanze, BMW Academy, Gully Racing and Sardegna Motori.

    This circuit is my first attempt to create a track with BTB, sorry but i don't own and i'm not able to use 3dsimed. This is a fantasy track located somewhere in Italy. The quality is probably not very high (because BTB is not the best tool to create a track) but the only (i hope) big issue is that AI is very slow because i am not good at fixing it.
    Very Important
    If you like this track and you are able to fix the aiw file or if you are able to improve the graphic quality of this track please let me know and i'll give you any kind of credit in any future release of this track. To be honest I uploaded this track because i hope that somebody out there will fix the aiw.

  13. USCE 2012

    UÅ¡ce was also the site of temporary street circuit where races were held since 1967.
    and were held almost every year afterwards. The track (in a 2.310 meter configuration) encompasses
    roads around the blok 15 (UÅ¡ce park), passing near the UÅ¡ce Tower, along the Branko's Bridge and then
    along the Sava bank, with its start-finish straight just across the eternal fire monument.
    The circuit is popularly known as "a circuit without right hand turn", although it has two slight right-handers,
    and it is famous for its high speed S-curve near restaurant "UÅ¡ce" and Museum of Contemporary Art, on Sava coast,
    which exist because the road had to navigate around the previously made Ranney collector.
    The first race was held on 30. April, 1967.
    But the most remembered is the one held in 1969. (on a 4.350 configuration) when around 40.000 spectators
    flocked to see powerful Fiat Abarths in European Touring Car Challenge, and Formula Vee cars race on the streets.
    After poor management and maintenance of roads and circuit, and race cars reaching high speeds in 90s and 2000s,
    FIA and drivers continuously criticised the safety of the track, lack of proper barriers and run-off areas.
    After many unfortunate events, and a fatality in 2005, the circuit was taken off the calendar and "Grand Prix of Belgrade"
    was subsequently replaced with a race held in Batajnica Air Base.
    Despite these events, the race on UÅ¡ce was held in 2008, and never again.
    The rich history of races held on UÅ¡ce have gained somewhat a "classic" status in Serbia and former
    Yugoslavia, with meany people's associations on hearing the word "UÅ¡ce" firstly reminding them about the race.
    USCE 2012 was build from scratch for rF by Nothke.
    All credits to him for the work he put into this mod.
    der Dumeklemmer converted it from rFactor to GTL, and he gave me permission to bring it to GTR2.
    I added rain reflections, cleaned up gdb, TRK and AIW
    I removed the traffic sign at the first corner. It caused quite some crashes..
    I think ity actually is removed during races in real live.

    I thank Nicolas Andronov for the authorization has conversion,
    At the court of the multiple version 3D of this track at summer remade mainly especially for the bottom of the circuit (Track & grass)
    All that remains old 3D and property of Nicolas Andronov author version Nascar 2003 and not of the NFR TEAM or Yoss who had make conversion for rFactor starting from Nascar 2003
    This version and supplements and replaces the v2.0
    The improvements compared to the v2.0 are the following ones,
    - Correction of the AIW by Thierrydu81 following the noted problem if a departure were chosen roll and that if one cut this departure by means of the bar spaces the cars jumped at the end of the grid,
    - Adjustment of part of the GMT which caused flutter in the trees and other objects,
    - Addition XCORNER (marks with arrows indication turn & report)
    - Modification Horizon (Skyboxi)
    - Final improvement of some texture,

  15. Circuit de Haute-Saintonge

    Circuit de Haute Saintonge is a small race track, situated in deep rural France, not too far from Bordeaux.
    It’s a track which opened in June 2009, with the aim of bringing Motorsport to the region.
    The track is predominantly used for testing, as well as driving training and track days.
    It’s a fast track, with one of the highest average speeds in France.
    Two 650M straights are connected by 7 corners, all with varying degrees of difficulty.
    The biggest opportunity for overtaking is in to turn 2, after the longest straight on the track a very tight right handed hairpin can be found, with a short straight followed by a left handed corner.
    Location: La Genetouze, France
    Length: 1.37 miles/2.2km
    Corners: 7
    Direction: Clockwise
    The virtual track
    The sim version of this track was created by barcika. He made this track using Google BobsTrackBuilder, 3dsMax, 3dSimED, GEditor, Photoshop.
    I think he has produced some outstanding tracks recently, all credit to him.
    GTR2 version:
    I did a basic conversion in 3DSimEd. Added rain reflection, did changes to GDB and TRK file.
    I tuned the materials a bit (usually the bias settings are all -4 in BTB, causing a lot of flickering)
    I added trees with multi transparency.
    I did also convert it to rFactor so I could edit the AIW:
    It now has 36 real garage positons and a path in the paddock that the cars will follow.

  16. Riverside International Raceway

    This ia a conversion of philrobs Riverside track released 2012 for rFactor. Riverside is a must have track for all those beautiful IMSA and Group5 cars released by the Brickyard Legends Team.
    "This California track was demolished in 1998, to make way for a shopping mall.I have attempted to create a version in its final years.
    Both Nascar and CanAm raced here amongst many other classes and types. I have modeled the Nascar and CanAm courses."

    Updated quite a lot on this old 79 track. admittedly it was released partly in this guise for Crew's F1 challenge 70's track pack..
    but remodelled trees, updated textures and materials to make use of some of the features found in GSC2013 ... the main rework was to add the new pit building I made similar to how is was in 75, and to be honest I'm not sure if cars were garaged in the building, ?... put some in the back of the paddock added some banners that appeared at the time 75 gp ..
    you may need to let other mods learn the track and create a 75zolder track config.ini file which you add to the car mod of choice ( usually where the tyre mas is found..
    added my pit extras,crews and trolley jacks etc.. added static marshalls
    this is vers1.2... because after putting the track into rfactor I made some more A few folk asked about a GTL version ..so here it is.. rain reflections and animated marshals ..GTL type of stlites and ptlits
    have fun ..

    changed the Pit in point and the Start Grid point optimized for online racing the counting of round by Pitstop is working now corect for all cars reduced the Pitline limit at 50 Kmh
    because Pitline is shorter as respective Trackline added some objects on Track.
