Siete rimasti allibiti dal titolo di questa notizia? Eppure si tratta di un articolo pubblicato dal prestigioso quotidiano La Repubblica, secondo il quale appunto i piloti virtuali risultano essere molto più pericolosi alla guida delle vetture reali rispetto a chi non ha mai provato l'ebrezza della guida simulata. Personalmente preferisco non commentare, ma invito tutti voi a dire la vostra su un argomento decisamente molto importante.

Sorpresa: i videogiochi di auto creano pessimi automobilisti. E, al contrario di quanto si credeva, più tempo si passa fra curve virtuali e peggio si guida. Altro che simulatori... L'analisi arriva dal centro studi Continental che dimostra, di fatto, come i videogiochi siano pessimi istruttori di guida.
"Chi gioca sistematicamente con videogiochi e simulatori di guida - spiega la ricerca - è a maggior rischio di incidenti nella guida reale. Infatti risulta che chi usa videogames di carattere motoristico sportivo aventi per oggetto gare o inseguimenti tra autovetture ha maggiori probabilità di incidenti, di passaggi col semaforo rosso e di danni per manovre sbagliate nell'uso quotidiano del mezzo: più degli altri, questi automobilisti guidano in maniera spregiudicata e spericolata, sono collerici al volante e vengono frequentemente fermati dalle forze di polizia".

From the F1-S-R 1994 F1 mod for rFactor comes the Mild Seven Benetton B194

The B194 was driven by Michael Schumacher and Jos Verstappen. Johnny Herbert and JJ Lehto also filled in during the season as replacement drivers. The tragic 1994 season ended in controversy when in the final race Schumacher went wide and brushed a wall while leading and Hill made a risky move on the inside to overtake Schumacher and the pair collided after Schumacher seemed to turn into Hills car. Schumacher retired there and then and Hill retired in the pts with damaged suspension handing the title to Schumacher. 4 renders of title winner Michael Schumachers B194 @ 1920x1200 res.
