Insidesimracing.tv presents another Inside Sim Racing Arcade Racing Game Special. This time we have one new title and two that we've already discussed in the past. First up on the show is F1 Online The Game which is a free to play multiplayer top down racer by Codemasters that is based on the 2011 Formula One Season. Then Shaun takes a second look at Need for Speed World, the MMO racer by Electronic Arts. They had their two year anniversary and invited Shaun to some private racing and a Q&A session with the developers. Finally we put our mark on Dirt Showdown and give it a final score. Another arcade racing smash em up by Codemasters.

This is the 2012 version of the game including new tracks, new cars, and updates to the game. In addition we add our own personal wheel settings for the Thrustmaster T500. We also cover the Redbull Gridsters competition and their attempt to find the UK's best race gamer. Also in this show we have the announcement of the Forza Porsche Expansion pack DLC giveaway winners. Then we finish off the show with very extensive coverage of the 120 Minutes of Thunder race at The Glen. This race featured hundreds of drivers and thousands of dollars in prizes. The race was sponsored by Inside Sim Racing and runn in iRacing with the Riley Daytona Prototypes and the Cadillac CTS-V Racecar.

Nuovi partners per MAK Corp

Il team MAK Corp ha annunciato oggi due nuove partnership ufficiali: la prima con Jan Schwitter, pilota di Formula BMW inglese e la seconda con Hayden Paddon, pilota che corre invece nel FIA Super 2000 World Rally Championship.

Petros Mak: "We are extremely pleased to be working with Hayden Paddon and working towards bringing a fresh new look to rally simulations, a genre which has been lacking in providing a pure rally sim since the popular Richard Burns Rally. We're looking forward to working with Hayden to develop a pure simulation rally sim which we can then also produce to sim-racers around the world alike."

Doppia interessante intervista riguardante la Codemasters: a questo link del forum Lee Roberts, game designer della casa inglese, ci parla del nuovo sistema centralizzato RaceNet per le gare online, che sarà utilizzato anche per il prossimo F1 2012; a quest'altro indirizzo invece Tom Gleadall ci parla del nuovo ed atteso F1 Online the Game, il simulatore manageriale dedicato alla Formula 1, del quale oggi è possibile ammirare un nuovo screen dedicato al circuito di Yas Marina.
