IGN ha pubblicato un secondo filmato che riprende il gameplay dell'imminente Need for Speed Shift 2: Unleashed. Il trailer è basato sulla visuale in prima persona dall'abitacolo e mostra una gara fra supercar in cui appare davvero ottima la sensazione di velocità, con le varie accelerazioni e decelerazioni che vengono enfatizzate da un improvviso avvicinamento o allontanamento della telecamera. Da non perdere anche due video dedicati alla Audi R8 ed un terzo che ci mostra in azione la Pagani Zonda.

Il team Simbin ha annunciato l'arrivo per Race 07 di cinque nuovi expansion pack: il primo pacchetto, che sarà gratuito, è il “Formula RaceRoom” ed includerà l'omonima monoposto brandizzata Race Room e tre nuovi layouts del circuito di Hockenheim. I successivi 4 addon avranno costi fra i 5 e 10 euro, saranno distribuiti solo tramite RaceRoom e Steam e conterranno "gli extra più richiesti dagli appassionati.

“Race07” will get 5 different expansion packs. The theme based expansion packs are a tribute to the lively community of the game, as they focus on highly requested content from the fans. The expansion packs will be released over the coming months at a price point between five and ten Euro/USD each. The first pack is completely free of charge! The expansion packs will be available exclusively via digital distribution on www.raceroom.net and Steam. The first expansion pack is named “Formula RaceRoom” and it includes the high powered Formula RR, SimBin's fastest car to date, and three layouts on a new and highly detailed version of Hockenheim Ring. More information and the official release date will be announced soon. This pack is exclusive to RaceRoom Online members and is completely free of charge, sign up and receive it upon release. “Race07 was a milestone in SimBins racing history. We've already revealed over half the SHIFT 2 Unleashed track list and today we reveal another four.  Added to the already epic list of tracks are Circuit De Catalunya, Dakota, Rustle Creek and Shanghai. Two of these tracks appeared in the original SHIFT but both Circuit De Catalunya and Shanghai are new tracks.  With three different configurations, Circuit de Catalunya is one of the most challenging tracks in the game.  Shanghai features three different configurations, the city – complete with high-rises and local landmarks - on full display for your racing pleasure.
