Open Beta Head Start patch notes + FAQ

Hello! Open beta is almost here, and as we're a nice bunch we thought you might like to check out the patch notes before the servers come back up. We've also put together a helpful FAQ that we'd encourage everyone to read before jumping into the game. Enjoy.

Features and Content

• Players who participated in the closed beta will receive rewards based on how much they have contributed to closed beta. These rewards will be delivered via the gifting system (which uses the player’s inbox) (see FAQ below for detail)
  
• Game progression has been updated based on user feedback to improve player experience at specific stages of the game
  
• Players may now configure a VPR range for cars that are allowed to enter a race
  
• Cars will no longer change class as they have their VPR upgraded
  
• We’ve enhanced account security and players must now reset their password when they first try to log in after this patch (see FAQ below for detail)
  
• The E-Bucks currency has been added as well as the facility for players to purchase E-Bucks and use them.
  
• All closed beta accounts have been wiped in the move to open beta
  
• When logged in to the website a download panel will display on the right side of the website. This panel shows the status of downloads, including core game files and files for each track

Kunos Simulazioni annuncia una nuova licenza ufficiale per il suo prossimo racing game Assetto Corsa: il leggendario circuito di Silverstone, fedelmente riprodotto in chiave moderna e storica. Dopo l'annuncio che i leggendari circuiti di Imola e Monza saranno protagonisti in Assetto Corsa, Kunos Simulazioni svela una nuova licenza ufficiale, altrettanto importante: Assetto Corsa dà il benvenuto a uno dei circuiti più celebri nella storia del motorsport: Silverstone. Qui sono state scritte alcune delle pagine più belle e importanti della storia del motorsport: il suo caratteristico layout e la storia che lo accompagna regaleranno ai piloti virtuali una totale immersività e divertimento.

Anche Silverstone, come gli altri circuiti inclusi in Assetto Corsa, sarà riprodotto utilizzando la tecnologia Laserscan, che consentirà di riprodurre ogni cordolo, ogni avvallamento e dettaglio presente sulla pista il più fedelmente possibile alla controparte reale, garantendo un feeling di guida realistico e consentendo ai videogamer di apprezzare ogni centimetro di pista e un livello di dettaglio assolutamente avanzato....
