La demo per PC del nuovo F1 2012 della Codemasters sarà disponibile domani tramite Steam, ma nell'attesa la casa inglese ha rilasciato un gustoso Demo Gameplay Trailer. WRC 3: doppio video e demo in arrivo

Insidesimracing.tv ci presenta due nuovi trailer dedicati al prossimo WRC 3 della Milestone: i video ci mostrano lo stage 1 (anche qui sotto) del Road to Glory, ambientato in Portogallo e lo stage 2 ambientato in Catalunya-COSTA DAURADA. Milestone ha inoltre annunciato l'uscita della demo del gioco che sarà disponibile a partire da domani, 11 settembre, su Xbox LIVE e da dopodomani, 12 settembre, su PlayStation Network. Il dimostrativo ci metterà a disposizione Sébastien Loeb, il RallyRACC-Rally de Espana, la modalità WRC Experience e la Road to Glory: potremo gareggiare con la Citroen di Loeb sul famoso e avvincente circuito spagnolo e accedere alla nuova modalità carriera Road to Glory, nella quale, dopo aver partecipato ad uno Special Event, avremo l'accesso alla prima Challenge "Crash & Run Contest", una delle novità di WRC 3.

F1 2012: Austin race by ISR

Insidesimracing.tv presents a first look at F1 2012 for the Xbox 360 by Codemasters. In this video we run a 3 lap race against the AI drivers at Circuit of the Americas in Austin Texas. The AI are set to Legend mode and we are not using any driving aids. This is our first race at this track and some of the driving is not the best including some bumoing and banging with the AI drivers. The driving is being done in the 2012 Vodaphone Mclaren Mercedes normally driven by Lewis Hamilton. The AI drivers are the real drivers from the F1 season: Vettel, Alonzo, Button, Webber and Raikkonen.

In un'intervista con Official PlayStation Magazine, Clive Moody, executive producer di GRID 2, ha parlato di come il team di sviluppo sia determinato a realizzare un'esperienza ancora più coinvolgente rispetto al primo episodio della serie. "Ogni aspetto del gioco è stato costruito con l'obiettivo di porre il giocatore in un'esperienza intensa, di fargli vestire i panni di un vero pilota da corsa", ha detto Moody. Gli fa eco l'associate producer Iain Smith: "Il primo GRID ha vinto il BAFTA", un traguardo formidabile per un prodotto solido, su cui costruire qualcosa di ancora migliore. "Vogliamo assolutamente migliorare il gioco con questo nuovo episodio e penso che alla fine ne risulterà un'esperienza di guida come nessun'altra, qualcosa che risulti limpido ai giocatori, che ne saranno immersi come fossero dei veri piloti."

"La nostra tecnologia è maturata durante gli ultimi quattro anni, dall'uscita del primo episodio. Siamo arrivati al punto in cui le nostre ambizioni possono concretizzarsi completamente grazie a un mix di esperienza e tecnica", ha ripreso la parola Moody, che ha speso ottime parole nei confronti del publisher. "Una delle cose migliori di Codemasters è che capiscono quello che facciamo in termini di sviluppo, dunque non ci sono pressioni e non ci viene imposto il ritmo di lavoro."

Con l'annuncio che potete leggere a questo link, la Codemasters ci fa sapere che dal 11 Settembre sarà disponibile anche per PC, scaricabile tramite Steam, la versione demo del nuovo F1 2012. Non manca uno screen inedito: riconoscete la curva?
