<p>
	Lo scorso venerdì nella <a href="https://www.drivingitalia.net/index.php?/home-page/software/rfactor-2-roadmap-gennaio-2020-nuovo-update-ui-bop-gt3-e-altro-r25754/&amp;tab=comments" rel="">consueta Roadmap di fine mese</a> Studio 397 aveva rilasciato i dati del bilanciamento delle prestazioni delle auto di classe GT3 presenti nel gioco.
</p>

<p>
	Alcuni utenti però hanno fatto notare come alcune auto presenti nella lista non avessero ricevuto aggiornamenti: gli stessi sviluppatori hanno infatti spiegato che è stato commesso un errore e la lista non era quella esatta e definitiva. Il team che si è occupato del BoP ha quindi continuato a lavorare per rilasciare il bilanciamento il prima possibile e tramite un <a href="https://forum.studio-397.com/index.php?threads/bop-gt3-2020-balance-of-performance.65189/" rel="external">post sul loro forum</a> è stata finalmente rilasciata la lista corretta e rivista delle modifiche fatte alle prestazioni, lista che potete trovare in calce alla notizia.
</p>

<p>
	Nelle scorse settimane Kunos ha pubblicato degli screenshot che ritraevano i 4 tracciati facenti parte dell'Intercontinental GT Pack: Kyalami, Laguna Seca, Suzuka e Bathurst e finalmente abbiamo la data del rilascio del nuovo DLC.
</p>

<p>
	Kunos, tramite i suoi social, ha infatti annunciato che questo nuovo DLC arriverà il 4 Febbraio, e siamo tutti ansiosi di poter girare su queste fantastiche piste con i bolidi GT3.
</p>

<p>
	Come festeggiare l'arrivo del nuovo DLC? Con la <a href="https://www.drivingitalia.net/index.php?/home-page/champs/ac-competizione-liqui-moly-bathurst-12-hour-for-fun-r25705/" rel="">Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour</a> il 17 Febbraio, una gara for fun organizzata proprio qui su DrivingItalia. Cosa ne pensate del nuovo DLC in arrivo? Siete anche voi ansiosi di provarlo? Ditecelo nei commenti o nel <a href="https://www.drivingitalia.net/index.php?/forums/topic/80523-assetto-corsa-competizione-intercontinental-gt-challenge-pack-in-arrivo/page/5/&amp;tab=comments#comment-901547" rel="">topic dedicato</a>

Day 1 is just the opening lap of a very long race, and we are eager to get going!</span>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	E' arrivato quel momento del mese in cui in casa Studio 397 si tirano le somme sul mese appena trascorso e si guarda ai mesi che verranno: è il momento della <a href="https://www.studio-397.com/2020/01/roadmap-update-january-2020/" rel="external">Roadmap</a>.
</p>

<p>
	Il primo argomento affrontato è la UI: in questo primo mese di public beta gli sviluppatori hanno fatto tesoro dei consigli e delle critiche e la prossima settimana rilasceranno un nuovo update della beta pubblica. Tante piccole correzioni che dovrebbero migliorare l'esperienza d'uso: è stato disabilitato il refresh costante dei server preferiti, è stato modificato il modo in cui funziona la selezione di auto e pista, nella modalità replay c'è uno slider così da poter trovare il momento che si cercava in modo più veloce e semplice, sono stati riaggiunti lo stato dei freni e temperatura degli pneumatici nel garage. Questi sono alcuni dei fix che verranno corretti con il prossimo update.
</p>

<p>
	E' tempo anche per il tanto atteso BoP delle auto GT3. I test driver si sono dati tanto da fare cercando di rendere le prestazioni delle auto molto simili tra loro, senza stravolgere la loro filosofia di fondo. Tutto questo lavoro ha condotto a questi risultati:
</p>

<ul>
<li style="padding:0px;">
		Radical RXC GT3 v2.56: -30kg weight penalty
	</li>
	<li style="padding:0px;">
		BMW M6 GT3 v1.47: -30kg weight penalty
	</li>
	<li style="padding:0px;">
		McLaren 650S GT3 v2.47: -5kg weight penalty.
	</li>
	<li style="padding:0px;">
		Audi R8 LMS GT3 2018 v1.53: +5kg weight penalty.
	</li>
	<li style="padding:0px;">
		Porsche 991 GT3-R v1.45: -1.5% engine torque/power output.
	</li>
	<li style="padding:0px;">
		Bentley Continental GT3 v2.57: +10kg weight penalty, -2% engine torque/power output.
	</li>
	<li style="padding:0px;">
		Callaway C7 GT3-R v2.53: -2.5% engine torque/power output
	</li>
	<li style="padding:0px;">
		Aston Martin Vantage GT3 v1.51:: +15kg weight penalty
	</li>
</ul>
<p style="padding:0px;">
	Rimangono invece invariate le prestazioni della McLaren 720S GT3, Audi R8 LMS GT3 2019 e Mercedes AMG GT3
</p>

<p style="padding:0px;">
	Il team addetto ai tracciati ha recuperato dalle fatiche dello scorso anno ed è pronto per rimettersi al lavoro. Si sta già lavorando sulle migliorie da apportare ai vari asset generici e allo stesso tempo si lavora su progetti che verranno condivisi nei mesi a venire. Per quanto riguarda il mese in arrivo sono pronti degli aggiornamenti per il layout E-Prix di Monaco che lo porteranno allo stesso livello grafico del layout GP. In arrivo anche alcuni fix per Le Mans.
</p>

<p style="padding:0px;">
	Nella scorsa Roadmap gli sviluppatori avevano fatto riferimento a 4 grandi eventi endurance: i primi 3 saranno la 12 ore di Sebring, la 24 ore del Nordschleife e la rF24 Le Mans. Il quarto evento verrà annunciato durante il 2020. Queste gare saranno strutturate con un mix di inviti e qualificazioni.
</p>

<p style="padding:0px;">
	Ma non è tutto, tra circa un mese inizieranno le nuove rF2 GT Pro Series e rF2 GT Challenge Series: la prima Pro Series durerà tre mesi e sarà anch'essa un mix di inviti e qualificazioni via hotlap. Dopo questa prima stagione di Pro Series la Challenge Series verrà utilizzata come serie di qualificazione per la seconda stagione delle Pro Series. La Challenge Series darà a tutti la possibilità di ritagliarsi uno spazio nelle gare più importanti perchè avrà un sistema di split che divideranno i giocatori.
</p>

<p style="padding:0px;">
	Sia la Pro Series che il top split della Challenge Series saranno trasmessi live. Entro la settimana prossima verranno spediti tutti gli inviti e tra due settimane inizieranno le prime qualificazioni
</p>

<p style="padding:0px;">
	Anche per questo mese è tutto. Commenti nel <a href="https://www.drivingitalia.net/index.php?/forums/topic/79025-rfactor-2-racing-into-the-future/page/46/&amp;tab=comments#comment-901001" rel="">topic dedicato</a>

			Hello everybody, we hope you have all had enough time to read and digest the December roadmap? Here at the studio we have all enjoyed our holidays and are back in full force for the new year. It’s time to put on your racing gloves and fasten your seatbelts to blast through the first roadmap of 2020, all lights are green!
		</p>

		<h2 style="color:#000000;font-size:2.9em;padding:0px;">
			New User Interface
		</h2>

		<p style="color:#666666;font-size:16px;padding:0px;">
			A lot of people have tried out the new user interface and provided feedback. We’ve been collecting this information and are scheduling a new “public beta” update next week.
		</p>

		<p style="color:#666666;font-size:16px;padding:0px;">
			We changed the way series, track and car selection works in the main menu, returning you right back where you came from instead of always going to the dedicated race menu. Talking about that race menu, nobody liked the way we loaded the favorite servers every time you entered that menu, so that now happens only once (and allows you the option to manually refresh later). Ultimately we will make the whole loading asynchronous, so you never have to wait for it.
		</p>

		<p style="color:#666666;font-size:16px;padding:0px;">
			We made the replay slider draggable for replays so you can quickly find that scene you were looking for. A few problems that prevented the client from downloading components from a server that was hosting them were addressed and they are now correctly downloaded and installed again while showing you the progress. Brake wear and tire temperatures in the garage after you’ve been on track with your car are back, which should help you analyze your setup. An issue where you could start driving again in a session after being disqualified was fixed. The intermittent issue where the pace car did not correctly load was also addressed. Tyre flex is now again being applied correctly to the visual model.
		</p>

		<p style="color:#666666;font-size:16px;padding:0px;">
			Unrelated to the UI, we fixed the join lag which accidentally slipped in after some internal refactorings.
		</p>

		<p style="color:#666666;font-size:16px;padding:0px;">
			We also have an exciting director mode in the works. Taking our broadcast tools from rFactor 2 and allowing you to stream and control the broadcast overlay easily. That also means we’ll start shipping a configurable, customizable overlay. More news on that in our next roadmap.
		</p>

		<h2 style="color:#000000;font-size:2.9em;padding:0px;">
			Looking back at Sim Formula 2020
		</h2>

		<p style="color:#666666;font-size:16px;padding:0px;">
			Thanks to all of you who visited the event or watched the racing being streamed live. The MECC in Maastricht was the perfect venue and the collaboration with InterClassics meant plenty of eye candy, with the city providing many opportunities for a great night out in between the four days. Overall the event was a big success, with both the esports convention and the student workshop drawing a lot of attention before the big crowds hit Sim Formula and InterClassics on the weekend. The exhibition area where lots of different hardware could be tested saw rigs in constant use and I think many visitors got introduced to the depth and experience of simracing that we have all grown used to. Saturday’s hotlap competition in the main auditorium saw people pushing hard on the virtual circuit of Maastricht. The three races on Sunday crowned Risto Kappet the overall winner, beating the four other finalists for the top spot on the podium.

			Assisting aspiring game developers!
		</h2>

		<p style="color:#666666;font-size:16px;padding:0px;">
			As well as continuing to improve upon rFactor 2, making time to support young aspiring game developers is something we value here at Studio 397. Members of our UK based team have been invited to a student event at Warrington &amp; Vale Royal College to provide support and advice to students starting their game developing journey. Before the event, students will be taking part in a week-long game jam to which they must produce and pitch the best game idea to industry clientele. The work produced will be entered into a competition, and judged by industry guests, including one of our very own artists, Joel Pattie.
		</p>

		<p style="color:#666666;font-size:16px;padding:0px;">
			The event will commence from Monday 3rd February and run through to Friday 7th February. Students will be broken into teams of 4/5 members, and must produce a solid example from their idea generation. Tasks will include the creation of a Game Design Document, Level Planning, and 3D environments representing a level in their game, with each industry guest offering support and assistance to help the learners understand how the industry operates. Studio 397 will be providing 5 copies of rFactor 2 to the team awarded best voted game idea!

			GT3 BOP update!
		</h2>

		<p style="color:#666666;font-size:16px;padding:0px;">
			Over the past month we have been working on updating our GT3 cars to level performance as best possible. Our hardcore test drivers have put in a lot of laps to ensure a more equal performance across the board, ranging from qualification pace to performance over a full fuel stint. That has lead to the following adjustments for the cars:

			Tracks
		</h2>

		<p style="color:#666666;font-size:16px;padding:0px;">
			The environment art team has been recovering from last years work load and setting about improving our core generic assets as well as starting work on some new projects which we’ll be able to share with you in the coming months. That said we do have a few updates to share with you this month. We’ve got a full update to the latest technology for the Monaco Formula E track coming which includes many upgrades over the current release version. Additionally, we’ve made some small tweaks to Le Mans to address a few common complaints.
		</p>

		<h2 style="color:#000000;font-size:2.9em;padding:0px;">
			Competition
		</h2>

		<p style="color:#666666;font-size:16px;padding:0px;">
			We are confident that 2020 will be an exciting year, both for us in the Studio but more importantly for simracers (obviously rFactor 2 drivers will have more fun, and yes you can use that as a bumper sticker). In the December roadmap we revealed a glimpse of the future by announcing 4 major endurance special events, so let’s elaborate a bit more on those now. The first three will be the Sebring 12 hour, the Nordschleife 24 hour and the rF24 Le Mans race. The fourth one will be announced later this year. These races will be partially based on invites and have qualification routes for entry for everyone else.
		</p>

		<p style="color:#666666;font-size:16px;padding:0px;">
			That’s not all. In roughly a month from now our new rF2 GT Pro Series and rF2 GT Challenge Series will kick off. Our First Pro Series season will last for three months and will be handled by invitation and a hotlap qualifier. After this season we will have people moving up from Challenge Series to compete for the prize money in the 2nd season of GT Pro Series. The Challenge Series will be fluid and can consist of multiple splits, giving everybody a chance to climb through the ranks, so don’t worry if you are not a hotlapper, you will have your chance to prove your racecraft and quickly advance to the top tier!
		</p>

		<p style="color:#666666;font-size:16px;padding:0px;">
			The GT Pro Series will be broadcast live and the top split in the GT Challenge Series will be broadcast as well. Invites will be sent out in the upcoming week and qualifying will start in two weeks time. Based on the results there, the Pro Series Grid and the Challenge Grids will be determined.  Look out for our announcement and more details shortly!

<p>
	Negli ultimi tempi Codemasters aveva lanciato delle immagini teaser su Twitter riguardo la Stagione 2 di GRID e oggi, tramite il <a href="http://blog.codemasters.com/grid/01/grid-season-2-coming-february-12-track-day-supercars/" rel="external">blog</a> ha rilasciato tutti i dettagli dell'imminente aggiornamento in arrivo il 12 Febbraio: 6 nuove auto e una nuova pista.
</p>

<p>
	Le prime 4 auto fanno parte del pacchetto Track Day Supercars, pacchetto che rende disponibili per i possessori della Ultimate Edition la Ferrari FXX, la Aston Martin Vulcan AMR Pro, la Brabham BT62 e la Pagani Zonda Revoluciòn. Quest'ultima potrà essere noleggiata da tutti i giocatori nelle gare online.

<p>

</p>

<p>
	E' stato rilasciato oggi su PC (ma nella giornata odierna verrà rilasciato anche su console) il corposo aggiornamento 1.20 per F1 2019 che finalmente risolve uno dei problemi più annosi di questo gioco, la Safety Car, e va a migliorare ulteriormente la modalità Leghe.
</p>

<p>
	Cominciamo dalle Leghe: da oggi è possibile aggiungere delle riserve alla propria lega privata. Una volta scelti i tracciati della lega basta rendere la lega privata e attivare l'opzione delle riserve, sarà anche possibile scegliere se le riserve possono guadagnare punti per il campionato.
</p>

<p>
	Essendo una nuova funzione non è possibile attivarla a leghe già esistenti, bisognerà crearne una da zero. Inoltre se una riserva finisce una gara in zona punti questi gli verranno conteggiati nella schermata dei risultati di gara, ma in termini di campionato verranno assegnati al pilota che ha sostituito. Se il pilota originale si unisce all'evento prima che questo inizi riprenderà il suo posto, mentre se si unisce mentre l'evento è in corso sarà la riserva a finire la gara.
</p>

<p>
	<img alt="20200128095105_1.thumb.jpg.15ec94d834c36" class="ipsImage" data-ratio="62.50" height="625" width="1000" src="https://forums.codemasters.com/uploads/monthly_2020_01/20200128095105_1.thumb.jpg.15ec94d834c36c1a073d56d3c062acab.jpg"></p>

<p>
	La seconda funzionalità aggiunta nelle Leghe è la possibilità di salvare la sessione in corso: una volta terminata una sessione (ad esempio le qualifiche), prima di passare alla gara verrà mostrato un messaggio che richiederà l'approvazione di almeno un admin e di un giocatore. Se manca uno di questi due requisiti tutti i giocatori torneranno alla schermata principale della lega e sarà possibile riprendere l'evento da dove lo si era lasciato.
</p>

<p>
	<img alt="20200128095056_1.thumb.jpg.b8c05d9b42a88" class="ipsImage" data-ratio="62.50" height="625" width="1000" src="https://forums.codemasters.com/uploads/monthly_2020_01/20200128095056_1.thumb.jpg.b8c05d9b42a8870c2f6a88b47b398445.jpg"></p>

<p>
	Con questo update viene finalmente corretto il funzionamento della Safety Car: non è un mistero che fino ad oggi la SC funzionasse poco e male, rendendo di fatto inutile attivarla. Con questo aggiornamento si spera abbiano finalmente messo una pezza. E' stata aggiornata infatti la frequenza di uscita di una SC ed è stato migliorato il sistema che individua ostruzioni sul tracciato permettendo l'uscita della vettura di sicurezza. E' stata aumentata la frequenza di Virtual Safety Car e Safety Car dopo il ritiro di una monoposto per danno terminale. Le distanze di gara che vanno dal 25% al 100% hanno la stessa frequenza di uscita della SC, con l'unica differenza nel numero massimo di volte in cui la vettura di sicurezza può essere dispiegata: massimo 2 volte con la distanza al 25%, 5 con distanza al 50% e 6 con distanza al 100%. Il numero 6 non è casuale: è stato scelto perchè è il numero massimo di volte in cui la SC è stata usata in una gara, il Gran Premio del Canada 2011 che ha visto il dispiegamento della vettura di sicurezza per ben 6 volte.
</p>

<p>
	Altri fix: è stato aggiunto il supporto per le tastiere per Xbox One. Nella modalità carriera ci sono stati diversi bugfix: sono stati corretti dei problemi che avevano a che fare con l'uscita dalla Pratica 1 in Australia prima della fine della sessione stessa, alcuni di questi problemi risolti impedivano il salvataggio dei progressi, causavano il cambio di compagno di squadra o addirittura facevano apparire Weber e Butler anche se si era deciso di non prendere parte al campionato di F2
</p>

<p>
	Su alcuni volanti con un gran numero di tasti non è possibile settarli tutti: la ragione è la mancanza di supporto diretto dai produttori.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	E' passato un bel po' di tempo dall'ultimo update, ma oggi Need For Speed Heat torna ad aggiornarsi e lo fa con un aggiornamento piuttosto importante: è infatti stato aggiunto il <a href="https://www.ea.com/it-it/games/need-for-speed/need-for-speed-heat/news/under-the-hood-january-update?setLocale=it-it" rel="external">supporto ai volanti</a>.
</p>

<p>
	L'update, in arrivo oggi, aggiunge il supporto ufficiale ai seguenti volanti: Thrustmaster TMX, T150, TX e T300, Logitech G29 e G920 e Fanatec CSL Elite. La lista non è assolutamente tassativa e la stessa EA dice che questi sono gli unici modelli testati, ma anche altri volanti potrebbero funzionare. Basta collegare il volante alla propria console o al proprio PC prima di lanciare il gioco e assegnarlo al profilo utente.
</p>

<p>
	Adesso è anche presente la chat radiale: la base riprende quella usata in Need For Speed: Payback solo che in Heat non ci saranno delle emotes, ma ci saranno dei messaggi di testo predefiniti per poter comunicare con i membri della crew o i rivali.
</p>

<p>
	Con questo update da oggi è possibile comprare (con soldi veri) le "chiavi della mappa" che riveleranno tutti i luoghi nascosti a Palm City, compresi collezionabili, attività e distributori. Inoltre verrà sbloccato l'accesso a tutti i rifugi eccetto uno, che verrà sbloccato proseguendo con la storia.
</p>

<p>
	Oltre a queste aggiunte ci sono stati anche alcuni bugfix piuttosto importanti: attraversando un distributore verranno rimossi graffi e danni alla vernice. Inoltre adesso per eseguire un'azione è necessaria la pressione prolungata del tasto: infatti alcuni giocatori avevano segnalato che giocando con il cambio manuale spesso capitava di rientrare nel garage o di avviare un evento per sbaglio.
</p>

<p>
	E infine è stato confermato un nuovo aggiornamento già in lavorazione che aggiungerà nuove auto!

<p>
	<a href="https://www.davidperel.net/" rel="external">David Perel</a>, pilota professionista che corre con la Ferrari 488 GT3 nel campionato GT World Challenge (quello che nel 2019 si chiamava Blancpain GT), ci mostra in video uno spettacolare confronto fra la realtà della pista sul tracciato dell'Hungaroring e la controparte virtuale di Assetto Corsa Competizione. Decisamente particolare è l'opinione che fornisce Perel sul fatto che, a causa del casco, il pilota sente meno suoni di quelli che si avvertono nel simulatore made in Kunos. Prontamente è intervenuto Aris Vasilakos <a href="https://www.facebook.com/groups/AssettoCorsaItalia/?ref=nf_target&amp;fref=nf" rel="external">su Facebook</a> per chiarire il concetto:

			Qui rientra l'esperienza di saper valutare il feedback e soprattutto di puntare sempre al realismo e cercare di escludere esperienze soggettive.<br>
			David è il mio eroe e ci ha fornito feedback incredibili e preziosissimi. Tuttavia, lui stesso ci ha fatto notare che il rumore dell'ABS si deve sentire di più perché nella macchina vera si sente... mentre sempre lui dice che i suoni "accessori" tipo cordoli e sospensioni non si sentono granché dentro il casco. Vero ma a metà. La registrazione parla chiaro, si sente tutto e ancora di più, ma giustamente il cervello del pilota "elimina i suoni superflui" per concentrarsi si quelli importanti. Per dire, un altro pilota ci ha detto "ABS? quale ABS? io non sento nulla..."
		</p>

		<p>
			Effettivamente sono cose che si arriva solo con l'esperienza. 10 anni fa, non mi sarei immaginato certe cose e sono sicuro che fra altri 10 se saremmo ancora qui, ne scopriremo nuove.<br>
			E' anche per questo motivo che su alcune cose (vedi FF) ci intestardiamo e non vogliamo offrire "effetti aggiuntivi" per fare un esempio.

	Decisamente a sorpresa, il team Sector3 annuncia il prossimo arrivo di due nuovi contenuti ufficiali per il suo RaceRoom Racing Experience: si tratta del circuito di Daytona International Speedway e della spettacolare Porsche 911 RSR (2019). <a href="https://www.drivingitalia.net/index.php?/forums/topic/80864-raceroom-in-arrivo-daytona-international-speedway-e-la%C2%A0porsche%C2%A0911-rsr-2019/" rel="">Commenti sul forum dedicato</a>.

			We are extremely excited to announce two new pieces of content today, that we know are ranked very high on the community's wish list.
		</p>

		<p>
			Daytona International Speedway and the Porsche 911 RSR (2019)
		</p>

		<p>
			Daytona needs no introduction. As host of the annual Daytona 24h, it is one of the most popular tracks in the US. We started working on the track end of last year and hope to release it in Q2 of 2020.
		</p>

		<p>
			We promised you another Porsche race car coming this year, and with the 911 RSR we check off the last remaining puzzle piece in the current Porsche Motorsport lineup. Running in the GTE / GTLM class, this car will bring a new dimension to RaceRoom, we are sure you will enjoy!
