	Assieme all'<strong>aggiornamento dello store</strong> per il rilascio gratuito della <strong>Porsche 911 RSR</strong>, Sector3 Studios ha lanciato in queste ore un <strong>nuovo update</strong> per il suo software di punta: <strong>RaceRoom Racing Experience </strong>raggiunge la<strong> versione 0.9.0.944 </strong>e lo fa portando diverse novità nel suo pacchetto da <strong>1,1 GB</strong>. I più importanti cambiamenti includono diversi <strong>miglioramenti alla fisica di gioco</strong> e al <strong>tyre model </strong>di buona parte delle vetture presenti, che ora potranno girare su <strong>tracciati</strong> anch'essi profondamente rivisti in modo da ospitare una<strong> IA decisamente migliorata</strong>, per un'esperienza in single-player più autentica ed emozionante.

	Un altro nuovo titolo di corse è pronto ad accendere i motori: assieme al tanto atteso<strong> F1 2020</strong>, nel mese di luglio gli appassionati di <strong>corse ovali </strong>potranno gustarsi il nuovo capitolo ufficiale della serie NASCAR!<strong> 704Games e Motorsport Games,</strong> infatti, hanno annunciato l'uscita del nuovo <strong>NASCAR Heat 5,</strong> che sarà disponibile in multi-platform per <strong>PS4, Xbox One e PC.</strong>
</p>

<p>
	<a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" data-fileext="png" data-fileid="45564" href="https://www.drivingitalia.net/uploads/monthly_2020_05/052459wplc8x39nkxo9kp3.png.fcf2ed13c3704fff9f9ad88c908eda9b.png" rel=""><img alt="052459wplc8x39nkxo9kp3.thumb.png.88180f0e5abd81b71572791f205576ba.png" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" data-fileid="45564" data-ratio="56.30" width="1000" src="https://www.drivingitalia.net/uploads/monthly_2020_05/052459wplc8x39nkxo9kp3.thumb.png.88180f0e5abd81b71572791f205576ba.png"></a>
</p>

<p>
	Questo simulatore includerà <strong>tutti i piloti e i team</strong> delle tre serie nazionali americane, vale a dire la <strong>Cup</strong>, la <strong>Xfinity</strong> e la <strong>Gander RV &amp; Outdoors Truck Series</strong>, assieme a un Campionato fittizio chiamato <strong>Xtreme Dirt Series</strong>, da accedervi attraverso una modalità "carriera" che coprirà ogni singola serie fino al raggiungimento della classe regina, la <strong>NASCAR Cup Series.</strong>
</p>

<p>
	Il nuovo <strong>NASCAR Heat 5 </strong>includerà tutti i <strong>34 circuiti</strong> tradizionalmente utilizzati in questo sport motoristico, inoltre sarà provvisto della già citata <strong>modalità carriera</strong>, di una <strong>modalità di testing privato</strong> e dell'importantissima funzionalità <strong>multiplayer, </strong>divisa tra il tradizionale <strong>split-screen in locale </strong>e la modalità <strong>online fino a 40 giocatori </strong>(con supporto agli eSports). L'appuntamento, quindi, è per il <strong>7 luglio</strong> con la versione<strong> Gold Edition</strong> di NASCAR Heat 5, che riporterà sulla sua cover il tre volte Campione, nonchè proprietario del team Stewart - Haas Racing, Tony Stewart; la versione<strong> standard</strong>, invece, uscirà il <strong>10 luglio </strong>ed avrà in copertina il pilota Chase Elliott della Hendrick Motorsports.

<p>
	Nuova settimana e nuova patch per iRacing, si tratta della numero 8 per la build della seconda stagione 2020.
</p>

<p>
	E' stato riattivato il nuovo sistema di controllo delle qualifiche: il nuovo sistema ha lo scopo di evitare comportamenti poco realistici al fine di ottenere un vantaggio. Questo significa che il sistema si aspetta che un pilota esca dai pit, acquisti subito velocità e termini i due giri in maniera controllata. Qualora il sistema dovesse rilevare che il pilota non sta rispondendo alle aspettative mosterà una bandiera nera arrotolata come avvertimento, se il comportamento persiste verrà mostrata una bandiera nera e il pilota squalificato dalla sessione. La bandiera nera arrotolata scomparirà quando si uscirà dall'auto o si completerà il giro, ma l'avvertimento non verrà cancellato: un secondo avvertimento porterà comunque alla squalifica.<br>
	Il sistema ha diversi livelli di severità, un livello più alto ovviamente lascerà meno margine ai piloti. Il livello è personalizzabile nelle sessioni create dagli utenti, mentre a livello di serie ufficiali per il momento verrà usato solo in serie di alto profilo su asfalto.
</p>

<p>
	A livello di contenuti questa patch modifica il BoP della Ford GT 2017 (drag aumentato) e porta alcuni cambiamenti alla pista di Martinsville: barriere più sicure, luci notturne e miglioramenti grafici.
</p>

<p>
	Di seguito il changelog completo. Commenti nel <a href="https://www.drivingitalia.net/index.php?/forums/topic/80198-iracing-build-season-2-2020-porsche-cayman-gt4-damage-model/&amp;tab=comments#comment-903043" rel="">topic dedicato</a>

			This Patch includes fixes and updates for the 2020 Season 2 Release.<br>
			SIMULATION:<br>
			Installer<br>
			- The iRacing Installer has been updated.<br>
			- - This fixes a couple of bugs that could degrade a new user's installation experience.<br><br>
			Connectivity<br>
			- Fixed an issue that would cause the Simulator to get into a bad state if you connected to a Session using an IPv6 connection and then were forcibly disconnected (either due to a connection issue, or because the Session ended and the race server intentionally disconnected you).<br><br>
			Qualifying Conduct Scrutiny<br>
			- The Qualifying Conduct Scrutiny System has been re-enabled!<br>
			- A new system is now available to run during Qualifying Sessions to help prevent unrealistic preparation exploits. Generally speaking, the officials expect a driver to pull out under control, get up to speed relatively quickly, and complete their qualifying laps in a timely and controlled manner. In an Open Qualifying Session, some accommodations for slowing are made based on proximity to other racers.<br>
			- The Qualifying Conduct Scrutiny system first applies a furled Black Flag as a warning to drivers who have not been compliant with the expectations. If the behavior continues, a Black Flag will be issued and the driver will be disqualified from the Qualifying Session.<br>
			- - A furled Black Flag warning will be reset when leaving the car, resetting it to the pits, or completing the current lap. However, this does not clear the warning - a second violation will trigger a disqualification from the Qualifying Session.<br>
			- There are several levels of strictness available for the Qualifying Conduct Scrutiny system. The more strictly the system is being administered, the less leeway is granted to the racers before warnings and penalties are issued.<br>
			- - The levels of Qualifying Conduct Scrutiny available are: Off, Permissive, Lenient, Moderate, Strict, and Severe.<br>
			- - The strictness level of Qualifying Conduct Scrutiny is customizable for User-Created Sessions from both the iRacing BETA UI and the Classic Membersite.<br>
			- - For official sessions, this feature will initially only be applied to select high-level Series.<br>
			- Qualifying Conduct Scrutiny is only available for use and is only applied for Qualifying sessions at asphalt tracks. There is no effect on tracks partially or completely composed of dirt racing surfaces.<br>
			- Qualifying Conduct Scrutiny information for an event is visible in the Simulator in the Info tab under "RACE STATUS". This also includes loaded Replays.<br>
			- The admin command: "!clear #" may be used to remove a Qualification Conduct Scrutiny disqualification Black Flag.<br><br>
			CARS:<br>
			Ford GT - 2017<br>
			- 2020 Season 2 Balance of Power Adjustment: Aero drag has been increased slightly.<br><br>
			Ford GT GTE<br>
			- Gearshift compressor volume has been decreased slightly.<br><br>
			Global Mazda MX-5 Cup<br>
			- Improved audio levels for gears and starter/ignition sounds.<br><br>
			Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (991)<br>
			- On-board transmission whine sounds have been improved.<br><br>
			[Legacy] Mazda MX-5 Cup &amp; Roadster - 2010<br>
			- (ALL) - Improved audio levels for starter/ignition sounds.<br><br>
			TRACKS:<br>
			Martinsville Speedway<br>
			- SAFER barriers have been added to this track.<br>
			- Night lighting is now available at this track!<br>
			- Track lighting has been updated.<br>
			- Placement of the east grandstand has been updated.<br>
			- Some curb textures have been updated.<br>
			- Some advertisements and banners have been updated.<br>
			- A new loading screen background has been added.<br><br>
			Road America<br>
			- Track and terrain surface textures have been updated.<br>
			- Some advertisements have been updated.

<p>
	Ieri Codemasters ha pubblicato una lettera dedicata ai giocatori di DIRT Rally 2.0. In questa lettera il team di sviluppo ringrazia tutti i fan che hanno reso possibile la creazione di DR2.0 e annuncia che al momento non ci sono nuove stagioni pianificate per il gioco, anche se non mancheranno degli ultimi update e qualche piccola sorpresa.
</p>

<p>
	Il team ha di fatto annunciato che il supporto per DIRT Rally 2.0 sta volgendo al termine, ma una nuova avventura sta per cominciare. Un'avventura legata al franchise di DIRT, sviluppata da un team diverso da quello di DIRT Rally, che è dietro l'angolo.
</p>

<p>
	Per quanto riguarda il futuro di DIRT Rally invece il team ha già alcune idee e dei grossi piani. Non sentiremo parlarne per un po', ma quando arriverà il momento saremo tutti elettrizzati, parola di Codemasters

			From a simple ‘2.0’ in late 2018, to the game’s launch in early 2019, through four Seasons of epic content, and onto the Colin McRae: FLAT OUT Pack and Game of the Year Edition, DiRT Rally 2.0 has been an incredible journey that we’ve been on with you, our passionate rally and rallycross community.
		</p>

		<p>
			As a team, we set out to create the definitive rally and rallycross experience for you, both in terms of what you can experience, and how you experience it. None of that would be possible without the support of you, the players, not just by playing DiRT Rally 2.0, but having the passion and willingness to be part of a true gaming community. You work with us to keep the game moving forward with patches, updates and improvements built around your feedback.
		</p>

		<p>
			From everyone who has contributed to DiRT Rally 2.0 here at Codemasters, we simply say: thank you for driving with us.
		</p>

		<p>
			Whilst there are no plans for additional Seasons for DiRT Rally 2.0, some minor updates and surprises are planned. At this stage, the Rally team is now focusing on the future. By no means are we saying this is “the end” for DiRT Rally 2.0. Daily/Weekly/Monthly Challenges live on, Clubs are stronger than ever and you have plenty of esports action to look forward to.
		</p>

		<p>
			Nothing’s moving in terms of your usual hangout spaces (the Forums, the fan-made Discord, Reddit, YouTube, Twitter) and your support team for DiRT Rally 2.0 are still very much here to help.
		</p>

		<p>
			Prepare to see something new roar to life in the world of DiRT, very soon. Developed by a separate Codemasters studio to the DiRT Rally team, we’re incredibly excited about what’s around the corner. We invite you to be part of a brand new experience, while also continuing to enjoy our definitive Rally offering.
		</p>

		<p>
			As for the future of DiRT Rally? Well… we have a few things in mind. We have big plans, driven by a passionate development team, solely tasked with taking the Rally series to even greater heights. You won’t hear about that for a while, but when you do... oh boy, will you be excited for what’s coming.
		</p>

		<p>
			Whether it’s our latest game soon to be revealed, or what comes next for Rally, we are incredibly excited to continue making DiRT the franchise for everything we all love about off-road racing.

</p>

<p>
	Anche per Reiza è tempo di roadmap, e il prossimo futuro di Automobilista 2 ci riserva tante cose interessanti.
</p>

<p>
	<strong>Automobilista 2 v0.8.7 - Time Trial in arrivo</strong><img alt="image_2020_04_30t22_49_41_856z-jpg.5763" class="ipsImage" data-ratio="56.25" height="562" width="1000" src="https://forum.reizastudios.com/attachments/image_2020_04_30t22_49_41_856z-jpg.5763/"></p>

<p>
	La nuova build è in arrivo per i possessori della Beta e arriverà presto anche per il resto dei giocatori. La feature principale che sarà aggiunta è la modalità Time Trial, che ci permette di sfidare i migliori. La modalità sarà un'evoluzione di quella in AMS1, con alcune funzioni aggiuntive come la possibilità di caricare un fantasma del giro veloce.<br>
	La nuova build vedrà anche l'arrivo della Opala Stock Car del 1986. Inoltre ci saranno miglioramenti al FFB e alla IA
</p>

<p>
	<strong>Multiplayer</strong><br>
	Il team sta investigando le collisioni in multiplayer, che presentano dei glitch. Alcuni problemi sono stati risolti, ma adesso il team si dedicherà al netcode. Questo ha causato il rinvio del rating system, ma il team si sta impegnando per portarlo prima della fine dell'early access
</p>

<p>
	<strong>In arrivo: Kyalami e Sigma P1</strong><br>
	La prossima settimana arriveranno il tracciato del Kyalami in versione moderna e la Sigma P1, auto prototipo che milita nel Brazilian Endurance Championship e andrà a gareggiare contro le AJR Metalmoro P1.
</p>

<p>
	<strong>Classic GP Cars: McLaren, Brabham e Lotus</strong><br>
	Questa è una notizia che farà contenti tutti i fan della Formula 1: Reiza ha siglato degli accordi con Brabham, Lotus e McLaren per portare alcune delle loro auto nel simulatore.<br>
	Le prime 3 auto ad arrivare saranno la McLaren M23, la Lotus 72D e la Brabham BT44. Molto altro in arrivo...

<p>

</p>

<p>
	E' una roadmap un po' diversa dal solito questa, diversa come i tempi che stiamo vivendo, dove il motorsport reale è stato sostituito da quello virtuale ed rFactor 2 è uno dei protagonisti con le sue All Star Battle, Formula E Race at Home e la GT Series. E' una roadmap che si apre con il ricordo della nascita del team 4 anni fa in questo mese, la scelta del nome che rappresentava il desiderio di portare un giorno l'iconico tracciato di Le Mans nella simulazione (397 è infatti il record di giri percorsi in una 24 ore).
</p>

<p>
	Ma non c'è solo spazio per i ricordi, come in ogni roadmap che si rispetti c'è anche spazio per ciò che verrà.<br>
	A causa della pandemia alcuni piani sono cambiati: il team che si occupa di lavorare ai tracciati ha terminato Portland, che non verrà rilasciato fino a che non verrà finito il lavoro sull'illuminazione con il rilascio di una nuova build. Nel frattempo il team si sta dedicando a due nuovi tracciati oltre a vari aggiornamenti per quelli già esistenti. Il team che si occupa delle vetture ha completato una nuova vettura che doveva essere annunciata nello stesso giorno dell'annuncio della controparte reale, lancio posticipato a causa della pandemia. Anche questo team ha cominciato ad lavorare sul prossimo progetto che non può ancora essere annunciato, ma si tratta di una grossa opportunità per tutto il team di sviluppo. Gli sviluppatori hanno continuato a lavorare alla nuova grafica per i broadcast e si stanno assicurando che sia completamente personalizzabile, e ci sono dei miglioramenti alla fisica di gioco in programma. Il team che si occupa della parte esport sta pianificando la nuova gara della BMW M2 CS Cup e le nuove stagioni della GT Series.
</p>

		<p>
			This evening, after another extremely busy and exciting day at the virtual office, I had dinner, walked my dog, and finally sat down behind my desk. I put on some music to start writing the roadmap update for this month.
		</p>

		<p>
			My mind started to wander. Four years ago this month I was in the middle of writing some code to extend the Steam integration of rFactor 2 when all of a sudden Gjon popped up on Skype to start a discussion that quickly transformed into an opportunity I simply had to take. Many interesting discussions followed as we worked towards founding a new company to continue the development of a racing simulation that I spent many hours driving, racing strangers that became close friends. One of the probably less important tasks on my checklist back then was to come up with a name for this new company. If you’ve ever gone through such a process, you probably know it’s not easy to find a name that is still available as a domain. We finally settled on the somewhat cryptic Studio 397, a hint at our desire to one day bring the iconic track of Le Mans to the simulation. For those of you not aware of the meaning of the number, it is the record number of laps driven during the 24 hour race.
		</p>

		<p>
			Speeding along the virtual Mulsanne Straight, my mind wanders again as I think about the many stories that are attached to each of the tracks we’ve built over the years. Sunset bend, where we fielded a sister car with Robin Frijns and Dries van den Elzen, who wanted to experience first hand what it would be like to drive a 12 hour endurance race in a professional simulator. An old tool called Ring trainer for Grand Prix Legends introduced me to many unique spots of which Karussel is probably one of the best known. One weekend we drove a 24 hour race there only to learn at the finish that due to some technical issue we had to drive the whole race again the next weekend. Tarzan corner and its dunes where the place where I first met two people whom I now have the pleasure to work with. At the time they were both working on other projects, but our common love for simracing brought us together there. Over sixteen years ago, with some friends we founded Simracing for Holland, taking the iconic livery from Jan Lammers’ Racing for Holland. We are still racing today and the many people that raced with us over the years are on our blocked livery as a tribute.
		</p>

		<p>
			As you’ve by now no doubt figured out, this roadmap is a bit different from the ones we regularly bring you at the end of the month. So are the current times obviously, where we should all stay in touch with our friends and loved ones, and support them wherever that is needed. With the whole motorsport world sitting at home, it is great to see all this attention on simracing. It pleasantly messes with our plans, and we are all grateful about that. You’ve seen us in the All-Star battles, where many current drivers and legends from the past enjoy themselves racing each other on equal terms. I personally thoroughly enjoyed watching for example Jan Magnussen and Jenson Button racing each other hard and fairly. I was also impressed by the Formula E drivers getting together and showing their skills on the narrow streets of Hong Kong. But apart from these global events, we also did a race on a regional dutch channel, racing a fictional track through the streets of Maastricht, broadcast by a local TV station that did an awesome job to draw in a large and diverse audience on TV and internet. And judging from the talks we are having now, we will create many more great stories in the weeks to come.
		</p>

		<p>
			Earlier this month, the news that Stefano Casillo left Kunos to start a new adventure surprised a lot of people. It’s a bold move, but I believe he is following his passion and developing new software that soon might surprise a brand new audience. Or maybe we will all see him rock at Pinkpop next year?
		</p>

		<p>
			So what’s cooking at our Studio? As I mentioned, a lot of our plans have been shuffled and re-arranged. Our track team finished Portland, but it won’t be released until we’ve finished our extensive lighting pass and released a new build. In the mean time they are working on two brand new tracks, as well as a few updates to our existing ones. Our car team completed a brand new car that we currently can’t release as its release was planned to coincide with the real car, and that has been delayed. Here too we moved on to the next car, which unfortunately we can’t announce just yet, but it’s a unique opportunity for our Studio. Our developers have been testing our new overlay system, making tweaks to ensure it can be properly customized. We also fixed a few long standing issues with our package management system, which delayed the pending update of the new UI. Development on the lighting system is now in a phase where artists and developers are iterating over many of the improvements to create the proper balance for each. We are also fixing some smaller bugs and discussing physics improvements. Our esports team is already looking ahead at future seasons for our GT series, planning the next race for BMW as well as streamlining our broadcast setups.
		</p>

		<p>
			The hard thing right now is to predict what will happen next. Extrapolating based on the last weeks we can only say that we probably don’t know. As a good friend said to me, we need to be prepared for pleasant surprises, and on that note I wish everybody a healthy future, stay safe and look out for each other!
		</p>
