RalliSport Challenge 2 is not only about more cars, tracks or game modes, but much more. The environments have been made even more realistic in order to further deepen the game experience. More (and better) weather and particle effects have been added to more correctly visualize the rough and dangerous reality that rally driving actually is.

The physics engine has been rewritten from scratch to even better simulate the cars in a realistic way. Each aspect of a rally car's function and behavior is now simulated completely correctly. Combine this with an advanced underlying system that provides impulses for things such as uneven material, patches of water and holes in the road, and the experience becomes total. The settings potential on the cars has also been expanded to satisfy the hardest core of rally enthusiasts.

Another important piece of news is that RalliSport Challenge 2 will be able to be played on-line via Xbox Live support. Buckle the bodywork of your friend's cars, compete and try to beat each other's times, and enter the global high-score charts. Who in fact is really the world's best rally driver...?

F1 Challenge is the Microsoft Flight Simulator of racing titles. While one can admire the merits of the simulation, sadly this isn't going to translate into an enjoyable gaming experience for most, which is what the mark reflects. This one is for the professionals, and I'm sure they'd want it no other way.

At this time it could be considered to be an unsupported "open beta" and should be working online in the coming days. I'm not trying to make any excuses, and I'm the first to admit that it was a complete and utter debacle on nearly all levels. Colin McRae 3 is a giant leap forward compared to 2.0. If you already own the console version there is no reason to buy the PC version. This game has an excellent rally atmosphere and you really feel like you are Colin. Rally games like Rallisport Challenge don’t even come close. Obligate sale for real rally lovers.
