SCS Software ha rilasciato in beta l'aggiornamento 1.46 per Euro Truck Simulator 2 e American Truck Simulator. Tra le novità in comune abbiamo la possibilità di comprare e possedere delle cisterne per il trasporto di sostanze chimiche, l'aggiunta di nuove introduzioni personalizzate per le città, l'introduzione di un browser interno per cercare diversi tipi di compagnie e il driveshaft torque, che in fase di accelerazione provoca un leggero innalzamento della ruota anteriore sinistra.
