Il team Simtek Mods ha rilasciato per rFactor 2 la nuova versione aggiornata 1.1 del suo già apprezzato Ferrari Challenge 2011, progetto che ci permette di simulare in modo completo sul titolo ISI la stagione 2011 del famosissimo monomarca del cavallino rampante che si disputa con le 458 in versione appunto challenge.

Autoprophet-ZR ha rilasciato quello che di fatto è il primo mod per il Project CARS targato Slightly Mad Studios: è infatti possibile scaricare da questo link la Pagani Zonda R Evolution del 2012 (nuova versione 1.9). Convertita dalla versione originale creata dallo stesso autore per Shift 2, include modelli, liveries, fisica modificata e vari files, dimostrando che, con un pò di lavoro extra, il modding è possibile anche nel titolo SMS.

Il team ASR Formula rilascia oggi un doppio aggiornamento per rFactor 2: per il sim made in ISI sono infatti disponibili le nuove release 1.5 delle mitiche Ferrari 412T2 e Ferrari F310 di Formula 1. Tutti i donatori possono poi già scaricare la prima versione 0.3 beta della storica Lotus 99T che fu di Ayrton Senna!

Sono davvero tante le novità disponibili oggi per rFactor 2: cominciamo dalla nuova versione 1.63 della divertentissima Clio Cup degli ISI, quindi la possente Chevrolet Camaro release 1.6 sempre degli ISI, passiamo poi alla nuovissima Lola T290 creata da Ougaard e chiudiamo col segnalarvi le tantissime nuove skins grafiche create dal maestro Koda Factory.
Inoltre il team Enduracers ha annunciato con il trailer che vedete qui sotto l'ormai imminente arrivo in rFactor 2 dell'attesissimo Flat6 Series Mod !
The official Flat6 Series rF2 trailer is now available ! Enjoy the spirit of the mod, designed for your upcoming leagues and offline races in epic and close battles. Designed with rF2 graphic and physic features, the mod takes the best of the 3D designed already released in anticipation for the rF1 users. The video is made by Hompe. We thank the track creators of the circuits used in the video, and ISI for the rF2 development. The team is dedicating the video to Sean Edwards, true Flat6 Cup historic driver, gone too early but still in our mind. The mod is now in his final steps, on both graphic and physic sides, and should enter final beta testing in the following weeks. Of course the mod will evolve after the initial release, to enjoy the upcoming rF2 improvements.

The rFactor 2 Road America project was initiated by Dennis Grebe, best known for his terrific Virtua_LM track development of LeMans, Fuji, Nazareth, and Topeka tracks for rFactor 2. The Road America track in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin is one of the première road racing venues in the United States. Longer than many other US racing tracks, 4.048 miles (6.515 km). The track has 14 turns, many of them sweeping through the beautiful Wisconsin countryside. Some corners, such as 2 are barely a turn at all and more a slight bend in the straightaway!

We are happy to announce the release of v0.79 of the 1991 Group C mod for rFactor 2. v0.79 brings new content and improvements to the mod with the release of the Porsche 962C which has been added to the mod as of this version. Reworked physics done by Damian Baldi on both the Mazda 787B and the Porsche 962C bring a new realistic feel to these cars.
