La DEM Racing Simulators di San Marino ci presenta in questo topic del forum dedicato il nuovo servizio offerto ai clienti, che prevede in pratica la realizzazione di veri e propri volanti interamente personalizzati su richiesta dell'appassionato, come ci dimostra ad esempio questo volante DRS Wheel GT/Kart creato su misura.

Abbiamo deciso, viste le continue richieste da parte di simracer, di creare un servizio UNICO AL MONDO!

L'esperienza che abbiamo fatto con la realizzazione dei volanti DRS-01/02/03 con una tecnica a strati unica nel suo genere ci ha permesso di guardare oltre.. non piu' personalizzazione limitata a questi tre modelli ma PERSONALIZZAZIONE INFINITA!

La nostra intenzione e' quella di ricreare qualsiasi tipo di volante su richiesta del cliente, sia che il volante sia realmente esistente o solo un vostro progetto personale, mandateci il vostro bozzetto o la foto della controparte reale e cercheremo di creare per ognuno di voi una vera opera d'arte. So che a prima vista potrebbe sembrare la visione di un folle ma sono sicuro che rimarrete colpiti dalla nostra versalita'.

Amate un volante da Formula 1 particolare? Noi vi realizzeremo la controparte virtuale. Amate il volante della M3 GT? Grazie a noi potrete avrete tra le vostre mani una fedele riproduzione. Non poniamo limiti di categoria e dimensioni, il limite sara' solo la vostra fantasia.

Abbiamo brevettato un esclusivo sistema che consente di ovviare alle limitazioni riscontrate sui principali prodotti esistenti in commercio dovute, da un lato, all’uso di circuiti idraulici o celle di carico, la cui architettura comporta una serie di difficoltà tra cui: manutenzione più complessa, possibili perdite d’olio e, nel caso delle celle di carico, problemi nel rendere progressiva la forza frenante; dall’altro lato, all’utilizzo di perni di fissaggio, da spostare di volta in volta sui fori dei leveraggi per la regolazione di corsa e posizione dei pedali. ARC_Team is proud to present, as his first product in 2012, the new era of pedals system dedicated for professionals and home users: ARC_Pedals. This product has been patented and include an unique system which allows you to overcome the limitations found on the main existing products on the market. For example, the use of hydraulic or load cells: these architectures have some troubles as an harder maintenance, possible oil leaks, and difficulties to find a good feeling for the progressive braking force (with the load cells); in add, the use of pins to set every time the pedals, to adjust stroke and position.

CXC Simulations is pleased to announce that its Motion Pro II driving simulator will be featured on the Discovery Network's "Tech Toys 360" show, which airs Tuesdays at 8:30/7:30c. "Tech Toys 360" has set out to feature the coolest vehicles, gadgets and gear on the market and gives viewers a behind-the-scenes look at both the goods and the people who created them. The Discovery Network paid a visit to our offices on November 4th 2011 to film the TV footage and interview CXC Simulations CEO, Chris Considine.

The DLC-247 (Displays and LEDs Controller 24 x 7 segments displays) is an USB controller able to drive up to 24 7-segment displays or up to 192 LEDs or a combination of displays and LEDs. The DLC-247 is very flexible but at the same time easy to use. It can be used to drive the LEDs of a shift light array or to build a digital speedometer, a gear indicator display , to show the water or oil temperatures, fuel level or the state of the dashboard’s warning lights.

In the video below the DLC-247 is used at its full capacity and it is driving a small panel with the gear indicator, speedometer, the time of the current, last and best laps, as we as a shift light array.
